NEGLIGENCE on the part of her office staff. Dr. Usha was great the 1 time I met her BUT HER OFFICE STAFF IS 1 OF THE WORST. She ordered my blood drawn in her office and a scan to be done at community radiology. I was then told by her staff that I can’t come back in for a follow up to get my results because “they don’t accept my insurance”… So then how did they let me come in for my initial appointment? They also left me a rude voicemail informing me that they were deleting my file since I’m no longer a patient as though that was my choice or as though I had in some way wronged them. They never gave me my blood work results or informed me of some bad news on the scan results that they should have let me know needed to be looked at by someone immediately. I was going through a really hard time health wise and was under a lot of stress not realizing I needed to get my results from them to be looked at by someone else. During my one and only appointment with Dr. Usha she reassured me that “we” would get everything worked out. Here I am a year later and a physician’s assistant pulled up the scan results and informs me of the year old bad news. During the time that I was a patient of Dr. Usha’s I called her office for a week (leading up to what I thought was going to be my follow up appointment) asking them to please get my records from other doctor’s and labs so that Dr. Usha could have my complete records. Everyday they told me they would and then the next day they’d tell me that no one had even attempted to get them or that they had no notes about needing to retrieve my records. They are the most poorly managed office I’ve ever dealt with and I don’t expect a lot/ am pretty easy going. Like I said Dr. Usha seemed great but her office is her responsibility and this was not okay.

Dr Sivakumar is very thorough and meticulous in her approach to the patient and razor sharp in her diagnosis of the health condition of the patient. She ensures the patient is at ease during the physical exam and has a way to get to the root of any health issue and prescribe the needed medication. She is an experienced professional that makes efforts to connect with her patients both at physical and emotional levels.

Dr. Sivakumar is very caring, soft spoken and loving person. She gives a patient hearing to all our queries. She is very quick in diagnosing issues. Very lucky to have her as our PCP

Dr. Sivakumar takes the time to listen to you and doesn't rush through your appointment. She gives very good advice about how to take care of yourself and treats you with respect.

I first met Dr. Sivakumar on a professional basis. Right away, I knew she was patient focused and cared about the referral resources she chooses for her patients. When I went through a health set back and wasn't getting the answers I needed from my PCP, I switched to Dr. Sivakumar. After getting the run around from my other doctor, Dr. Sivakumar immediately saw me, reviewed my notes and referred me to a surgeon. After having surgery, my intense pain was alleviated. I continue to see Dr. Sivakumar for her excessive knowledge and her compassionate bed side manner.

Excellent physician! She spends lots of time, never rushed, listens and engages thoughtfully, and explains everything clearly. Compassionate and actually knows and remembers you from earlier visits.

My Visit with Dr. Siva kumar went very well. She patiently heard all my concerns. I would definitely recommend. And the bonus point is you don’t have to go to labs to give blood work. They take it with in office.
