The delivery and technicians were just wonderful- I was so happy with the way things went- they were very knowledgeable and nice - it was the best experience I ever had with a delivery team. I had the best nights sleep last night and I am just so happy with the bed!! The whole experience from working with Cindy Culpepper (who is wonderful) in finding the perfect bed and accessories to the best nights sleep it was awesome

Sleep number in the store was great. My wife and i went in to just look at the beds and there was no push to buy one but about a hour later i came out of the store smiling. Our sales rep was so patient and kind . She is so knowledgeable that i bet i can work there. She was very caring about my bad back. My wife loved her also very outgoing and just pleasant to talk to. Thank you to the 2 ladies that works in that store

Overall very satisfied. Did not feel pressured to buy. Demos were available. Sales are common so wait for them. Very satisfied with the bed.

We received outstanding customer service from Victoria at sleep-number for a problem we were having with our new sleep number bed. She worked hard to help us find a solution and when that didn’t work, she went above and beyond to get us to a manager to assist us and make it right. We throughly enjoy our sleep number bed now as a result of her efforts. That you Victoria for all you did for us.

Great service, adaptability, and communication.
I literally went through the entire process over texting up until payment info was needed.
Victoria was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient.
We started with that I was looking for, I had a ton of questions and she had all the answers.
Most importantly she wasn't pushy from the day I originally inquired online and having my number to text, she reached out and I said I'm not ready, just looking.
Then a big sale came and she texted me again, and couldn't pass it up, so worked with her back and forth a few days, and ultimately settled in a model and she just had to call me for payment information.

We purchased a bed at the FSK Mall in Frederick MD, and had a wonderful experience with our sales lady Cindy! She was thorough in detailing everything about the beds and comparisons across all of the beds we were interested in. Cindy was a fun person to work with and her demeanor and professionalism was outstanding. She was always quick to return phone calls when we had questions, and followed up with us after delivery to ensure everything went as we expected. We have made a new friend and love our new bed!

We had an amazing experience thanks to Cynthia C! Her customer service was truly outstanding, she went above and beyond to help us with our purchase of a flextop 360 smart bed, sheets, and pillows. She took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and was incredibly patient as we carefully decided on the best options for our needs. Her knowledge and professionalism made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

I was able to get what I wanted quickly. We replaced a 25 year old sleep number bed and got a customer loyalty discount as well as Labor Day discount. Cindy, our salesperson was kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
Our seep needs have changed with aging but the sleep number bed still keeps us comfortable!!!

We found our new mattress at the store and can't wait to get it setup in our home. The digital screen that shows the pressure points melt away once you find your sleep number is amazing. You have to try it.

Shopping here was really easy. Marlene was extremely knowledgeable, polite and definitely not pushy! She gave us a wealth of info regarding the products and did not try to upsell us at all. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality bed and a good night’s sleep! ?

My sleep number bed is one of my top possessions. I can’t remember when I slept this good, I normally wake up four or five times a night to use the bathroom, now maybe one. Thank you Sleep Number, you are number one!!!
