Found my new nursery today. Not only were the two women up front knowledgeable about their inventory and pricing, but it was near closing time, and a third woman, Erin, whom I later found out was a manager, still took the time to show me all the October Glory (Acer rubrum) maples they had in stock. Even though the website said they were sold out, she took the time to explain why and showed me around. Then, she even took me back into the woods where some more mature trees were. As I was looking at what I thought was a better tree, she pointed out a couple reasons, like a scar on the tree, why I may want another one that was there. Then she took the time, (several minutes) to unwrap the burlap from one tree to check it more closely as it was a nearly $700 tree. And when I asked about another, which I felt bad for doing, she took the time again to unwrap another one. I'm psyched to have a new maple on the way to replace my Chinese sumac I had to cut down due to lantern flies. My tree is warrantied for a year, and I bought the one year extension for a reasonable price. Having worked at a nursery myself in Texas, we swapped stories and I could tell Erin loves what she does and even talked about how much fun it is to work there. I've got a new shade tree and Stadler has a new customer. With people like Erin and her knowledge, patience, dedication, and customer service, I can see why Stadler is coming up on 100 years. Thank you Erin and Stadler.

The customer service and follow up post order/sale is the worst I’ve ever seen. They tell you the price and then when it’s time to order the plants it cost more. The only reason I shop here is because it’s close to my house. The cost of everything here is much more than other nurseries and as I said, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen.

I have been to many nurseries and I never met such rude staff (billing)and making fun of customers for asking a simple question about a plant whether it is an annual or perennial plant.

Easy process to purchase and arrange for delivery. We were very happy with the installation and the tree we received. We will definitely use Stadler in the future.
