I like to use the discount coupons for my back to school or regular basis. You must use your coupons in order to get a good deal in any item.

Be the last time I bother going to staples. People in the store it's self were great, this review is for the company and not the people at this location. Staples was having a deal on a xbox but was an in-store only deal so I drove to the store to find out they don't even carry them in the store and has to be ordered, no biggie but after waiting almost 2 weeks with the shipping lable saying created but not yet shipped for over a week I call and they tell me that it's now not available and have to issue me a refund. So I wasted my time and gas going to the store for a in store deal that they don't carry and waited for 2 weeks to just get a refund only because I called customer service trying to get an update on the item.

They are very helpful at this location. The employees in the printing department did an excellent job with several posters I needed made. Kat did an outstanding job laminating and finishing them very quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any printing needs.

If I could give it negative stars I would. The lady at the printing service and I see many having the same issues couldnt help me with 1 print b&w because she said I needed to do an order and pick up the next day. I needed it for the moment I could not do it at self service as they didn’t have the page size. She had glasses and blond ish dead looking crimped hair to her shoulders. She seemed to be the manager and was super rude she said to me quickly that she couldn’t do anything about it. It would have taken 2 minutes to print. This isn’t the first time and if she doesn’t like her job then she needs to find somewhere else to go. She’s been doing this for months as per the reviews like some fire her she’s a disgrace to the company. I went to fedex and they got it done in 2 minutes.

THIS COMPANY GETS WORSE AND WORSE YOU NOTICE SINCE YOU NOW HAVE SOO MANY BETTER OPTIONS HAVE PURCHASED 4 CASES OF TAPE PACKAGE AND STANDARD CLEAR AND THE ROLLS DO NOT EVER OPEN PROPERLY ITS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! I JUST GET IT FROM AMAZON NOW NO PROBLEM...SAME WITH PENS THEY RUN OUT OF INK MUCH QUICKER. SO NO MORE OFFICE SUPPLIES FROM STAPLES NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD SAY THAT.

Shout-out to Kevin, who provided exemplary customer service tonight when I did some early school supply shopping (chose Staples to avoid the crowds at Walmart/Target). He walked me through their awards program and any coupons available- to which I received immediate points and cashback. I was able to use same-day for more supplies, free of charge.
I often pass by Staples for Target; but after my experience tonight, I can say that I will be back! 10/10

Only needed 4 pages printed - was told she couldn’t accept “rush” jobs because they’re backed up. After experiencing issues through the self service, the same employee that told me they don’t accept rush jobs ended up having to print the files anyway, which ended up taking more time than if she had just printed the 4 pages at the beginning.
