Sometimes does not pick up the phone but otherwise great shop. Worked with me regarding customer-supplied parts and did a rear end swap upgrade on my sn95 mustang! Works great, no issues, reasonable price too.

Arthur and his Team are the most professional and reliable autobody shop in Frederick. I experienced what it can be like doing business with the other autobody shops in the area, and Stups was the easiest to do business with because of Arthur and the way he runs that shop. They did a very nice job on our vehicle, it is exceptional work. I really can't say enough about Arthur. The guy will do whatever he can within his reach to accommodate your situation. Not many people out there like that anymore. Highly recommend them.

Friendly however the work is not great. I had taken my car there to get some painting done and came back with a ton of flaws to it. I gave them a chance to fix it and it still wasn’t 100%. I could live with it. Was very minor but still should have been 100%. Given it was difficult to see I let it pass and as a courtesy they offered to paint another small piece of trim for me for free. So they do But the piece of trim has a run in it. Really. Same problem as the first time it went there. Very nice people . But the work is not good in my opinion Feedback to establishment.: Slow down inspect and your work thoroughly before giving it to your customer. Some of the issues were so obvious.

I've taken my vehicles there several times and always received quality advice and service at a fair price. They are a cut above the dealer and chain service centers where you'll end up getting gouged. Also, I have purchased salvage parts over the years and same thing, always good service at a fair price.
