Bad customer service. Rude and unprofessional staff and management. I have been a customer of The Children's Place for the last 5 years. Yesterday, my mom and I went to the Frederick location. My mom was looking at some shorts for my son. She asked the manager "Cheri" for help in confirming the prices. Cheri was rude in responding to my mom. She said, the prices are "Whatever is on the price tag." But she wouldn't go the extra step to check the prices herself. She then walked away from us without answering all of our questions. I approached her and told her I didn't appreciate the rude service. I will not be coming to this location again and neither should you.

Came in today to get a huge online order, and was helped by Angel. She was VERY patient and kind. Even offered me bags instead of boxes, this definitely helped me get to my car! Thank you Angel! Your customer service is A1! I will definitely be back!

Worst childrens place I ever went to no wonder they’re going out of business. I go in to pickup an online order. It took the saleswoman 20 minutes to find the order for some reason. I then ask for a bag to carry this package to the car and she tells me they don’t give out bags. Okay, so how would I go about retrieving a bag? We don’t give them out is her response. I have cancer I’m on chemotherapy I just needed a way to carry a large package to the car without straining myself too much. Both her and the other rep behind the counter were not trying to give me a bag even when I offered to pay for it. Not to mention this isn’t my first bad experience in this store. Last time I was here this same girl was complaining on the phone about being the only person to close the store for 30 mins. I ended up putting all my stuff back and shopping elsewhere. I won’t be shopping here again.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this store. I stood in line for over 15 minutes. Only one person checking people out on Black Friday. There were two more employees hiding out at the back of the store, but not helping. The checkout counter was so full of clothes and other items, the checkout person could hardly function. Most of the staff are extremely rude and ignore customers. Never a greeting. I won’t support this store.

The staff at this location is rude. Management needs to do a better job on hiring friendly people who are personable. Customer service is not for anyone, the staff at this location has deterred us from shopping at this store.

Ordered for delivery but instead they had shipped to a store in a state I do not live in and refused to do anything to rectify the situation. I’m out the cost of the order and the order.

Went there to pick up an online order at 12:15. Store was closed, with sign on door stating will be back in 15. Not sure how long that sign had been there but the lady came back at 12:34. No greetings. On her phone the whole time she was checking me out. Will never order anything from this store again until they change how they treat their customer. I was with my toddler who needed a nap asap but we had waited and it’s just very frustrating. Good luck retaining customers

Customer service isn't available here. No greetings. Id checked for shoes instead of scanning bar code from email. Guess I was buying something illegal.. then waited forever in back to see her come out and greet a customer correctly. Apparently I wasn't the customer she wanted. Gud luck back to Amazon.

Very rude staff, it's too bad because I really like the clothes. Sometimes I have to go in person if I'm in a pinch but I dread it. I try to buy online as MUCH as I can. Luckily the shipping is free and it arrives in a timely manner.

Came into the store today at 2pm, the cashier was extremely nasty. I picked up a few items and wanted to double check the price. This female didn't speak because she was too busy being on her phone. Once disturbed she acted as if she didn't want to even speak. I said hello, how are you? She looked as if I spoke a foreign language. I then asked everything ok?..nothing so I chose yo leave the store. Why should I spend my money there..the. ustomer service was horrible!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I was a loyal customer, purchasing most of my sons clothing for the past 5 years or so. Recently, a purchase I made for $80.00 said it was delivered, but was not. I made several attempts to contact customer service via the app and never received a response. I called customer service only to be told that I need to contact the shipping carrier. As a giant company, purchasing multiple companies, they should know this is unacceptable. They did the business transaction with the carrier, not me. Therefore they should be in contact with the carrier and should refund or resend the product and dispute it with the carrier; the customer should not have to suffer. I was also told to dispute the charge with my bank. The company does not hold themselves accountable and expects the consumer to take the loss. Honestly, it’s a shame and I am extremely disappointed.
