About The Learning Bee

The Learning Bee is Frederick's premier early education private preschool and child development center. Families love the unique, family-style environment and feel a strong sense of belonging and community. Children thrive in the active, academic, and accredited program, enjoying STEM, Art, Music, Reading, Physical Fitness, Gardening, and delicious home-cooked meals and snacks daily. The safe and secure environment supports families who need full-time care, and the school also offers half-day preschool programs and Lunch Bunch. Before and After School care is provided for children in grades K-4th, with activities including Art, Homework Club, Outdoor Time, Cooking, STEM, and Games. Awesome summer camps are also available. Reviewers praise the excellent communication, with timely emails and phone calls, and the top-notch educational aspects that have resulted in tremendous growth for the children. The staff is described as friendly, productive, hardworking, and family-like, with a deep care and unconditional love for all the kids. The directors are understanding and prioritize team and bonding.     We’ve had a great experience at the Learning Bee. Our son is almost 23 months old and has been in Ms. Debbie’s class for three months now.     I love working at the Learning Bee ? I've been here for almost two years now and it's always been a great place to work. The staff is friendly and always taking care of each other. They make me feel like family, which is one of my favorite things about this job.

    The Learning Bee is a great place to work. They always plan lots of fun and creative activities for the kids to do. The staff is friendly, respectful and always willing to help each other. The office staff is always helpful in anyway they can be.
