This place is a real gem. The pottery is beautiful and diverse. They have pottery made by local artists as well as artists from different states. I noticed that not all of the pottery had artist information available, so I asked the person working at the cash register. He immediately knew the artist after looking at the piece. The prices were really great too. Some people might find the pottery expensive, but the amount of work and dedication it takes to make these things is substantial. I also really love this place because they are connected to a pottery studio (Frederick Clay Studio) that offers classes and internships.

Lovely pottery with a room dedicated solely for the wares created by the local studio students. The layout just as beautiful as the pieces and the clerk that day was super helpful. I’m very happy I just happened to walk by.

I love this Little Pottery Shop and Studio, Cassidy is a greater teacher, I have learned so much from her. The class is very small. I have found my passion again. I would highly recommend this Shop and Studio. they do some amazing work. My daughter is also taking the class too, and she loves it as well.

This shop was a lovely respite on a hot day. A nice friendly chap who claimed to be the owners boyfriend helped us make some truly beautiful pottery selections. A real pleasure. I hope to return here again.

This is a must stop anytime I come to Frederick. Just some of the coolest pottery, and always new items. The only bad thing is, I can't make it up to the second floor anymore. But I'm happy and satisfied with the 3 main floor rooms full of houseware pottery and some jewelry.

Fabulous selection of pottery of all types — from earrings to yarn bowls to ornaments to serving pierces. Well organized, inviting and such a nice man working there on Sunday (I think his son is one of the owners). I highly recommend this shop.

Very cute gallery with an extensive selection of pottery. The owners are happy to help you find the perfect gift, although I can't leave without something for myself! It's so nice to see such a variety of local (Frederick and Maryland) handmade goods- not just ceramics but also beautiful jewelry and cards.
