I particularly had a great experience here. Went in this morning to do my fingerprinting and my son and I were greeted warmly by the gentleman and the young lady there as they did to other customers who went in after us. The service was also quick.

I was there to send returning package amazon. The box was not sealed and I thought they could seal the box at that time. The guy at the front told me that I need to look at closely their policy about boxing and they do not seal it for me. Ok that is fine that it was my mistake not to check more closely. There was a box tape at front and I looked at it and the guy again told me that do not think about using it and i need to use my tape. So embarrassed. He could have just told me that we offer boxing service at $2 price. His service attitude is so inappropriate.

Substandard attitude. They charge for tape! I asked to get my package back so I can ship it from another location, the African American gentleman behind the desk got aggressive, and said:" I was going to give it to you for free. But now you can go ship your package elsewhere. Do you think America is free?"
This happend on Thursday July 25th at 4:30 if the owners care to know who was on the shift and treated a customer like that.

The people that work here are the rudest group of people you’ll see in customer service. I have never been in the store when they were not rude to customers. I have been in the store at least 3x this year and all different people working the front but the attitude was the same, rude. And it was not so much they were rude to me I have just observed them rude every time.

My package was delivered there while I was away on vacation. I didn’t get any of their phone calls bc of poor service. I came to pick it up (a week and a half a day since delivery, so 7.5 days) and they told me they returned it. I didn’t authorize that return and now it’s who knows where. When I have my package delivered there I expect it to be in a safe place, not returned without my consent or authorization. The woman who helped me could have cared less. If you aren’t planning on getting your delivery ASAP don’t have yours sent here.

I went to return something from Amazon to that store yesterday morning 04/10/2024 the woman who was there had a very lazy and rude attitude. No friendliness. She seemed more interested in her cell phone than in a customer. Horrible attention

This UPS store was such a great addition to the VOU. The owner and the team are friendly and helpful. I have used their printing services and they have been very pleasant and kind. I absolutely recommend them for all your shipping and printing needs. It is also very convenient to return my Amazon packages.

Unless you're dropping off an Amazon package, really no need to go here. Printing takes forever, passport photos don't match US State Dept standards, and even the smallest transaction will take 15+ mins.Trying hard to be supportive because the owner is very nice!

Needed some items notarized it was an easy process to make an appointment online. Plenty of availability, easy to modify my appointment time and affordable. I had a young lady assist me and she was friendly, professional and helpful with notarizing my requested documents. It's $6 for the first signature and $4 for every signature afterwards. I would def return to this location again if needed!
