I saw Gina for a facial and had a great experience! Gina was professional and knowledgeable, and my facial was so relaxing. She gave me some pointers on skin care that I have now incorporated into my daily routine. I'll be back again for a facial with Gina!

Had an appointment for a pedicure. Went in in person with my husband to make this appointment last week.
Showed up 15 min earlier and no appointment in the computer. I remembered writing my name and phone number down on a paper to make sure the girl would write it right when I made the appointment.
It took at least 15 min to discuss the service I wanted and finding a date available for them.
After making me again writing my name down, and trying to find me with my phone number, she said my appointment was in January? And she said she never gave me an appointment for September? ( we are December 9th ? )
A LOT of confusion… no apologies just: “ I understand it may be frustrating.”
She is implying that is MY mistake. We were 2 ( me and husband) and I wrote it down right away. I made her repeat to be sure cause she looked confused.
The previous appointment been cancelled the same day cause finally they had no one to do pedicures. Unprofessional service. Will never go again.

I visited this salon to get my hair color done, and the person evaluated my hair type to provide an accurate price. She quoted me $88. However, when it was time to pay, I was asked to pay $100 instead. The consultation was supposed to confirm charges, so I was confused about the extra $12.
I was considering this salon for regular visits, but after this disappointing experience, I am definitely not going back. While they may have gained an extra $12, they’ve lost a potential long term customer. This isn’t the right way to build a business.

Emma was extremely friendly and professional. Deborah, the owner was also very polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything was great! All of the staff is friendly and attentive.

Plenty of stylists in an open space wth lots of seats/mirrors; my stylist does a good job; has massage and hair removal services; hair products for sale inside too

It was my first time to Thomas Scott and I absolutely hated my hair so much afterwards. The hairstylist I think her name is Eddie did not cut my hair the way I wanted it to be. My hair turned out to be a straight blunt cut even though I showed her a picture of medium layered cut. It was not the length that I hated but the haircut was horrible. The moment she went out to take me in I was really thinking omg is she gonna be doing a good job? and I was right she didn't. I was trying so hard to be nice because she was an old lady. I also tipped her but this will be my first and last time. I would never come back.

Canceled my end if the day appointment on me with only an hours notice, the reason given was the previous customer came in with box color and that appointment was running over. I am a previous customer who stopped coming here because of scheduling issues a few years ago. I am sad to see they still dont respect thier customers time. I wont be trying this salon again.
