I have been using this business for a few years and recommend them to friends. New manager is terrible. I scheduled service hours ahead of time, after waiting for 30mins they told me that they would not be able to do the work because they didn’t have items to do an oil change along with fuel filter. It was 2.5 hours before closing. I drove over an hour to get there. I drove away with no work performed and Sergio was extremely rude and condescending during his explanation of how all of this was somehow my company’s fault.
He’s only been there a few months and it shows.
Used to be a great shop I will never go back again

The staff at Tire world are extremely professional, kind and very helpful. They do exceptional work and keep you informed about what they are doing to your vehicle. Ben is so very kind and understanding, he goes out of his way to help you through your most difficult time. I recommend my family and friends to them. They are courteous, sincere and friendly, most of all honest!

This place is the best. The staff is very nice & they are able to get you in & out in a timely fashion. Also they are NOT trying to get over on you. I have seen the staff on multiple occasions go outside to help people without charging them. Best place in Frederick!!☮️?
