I had the pleasure of being assisted by Brittany in the jewelry department at TJ Maxx, and I can’t say enough good things about her! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Brittany has a natural talent for making customers feel valued and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect piece. Her warm personality and attention to detail truly stood out. TJ Maxx is lucky to have someone as dedicated and personable as Brittany on their team. Highly recommend stopping by her department if you’re in need of exceptional service!

Same review I left for Marshalls: Would give it 5 stars if they would hire more weekend staff. The checkout lines are usually very long, which stresses out employees and makes the customer experience negative - after working a decade in retail, I know how that feels.

Long lines and only 1 person working the register. Why have 5-6 registers when only one is open?? Get self check out machines if you don’t want to hire extra staff.

I love coming to stores like this and I can honestly say this is one of the worst I've ever been to. The whole beauty area is in shambles, so many empty boxes and destroyed products just scattered on the shelves. Just a mess!

I bought a luggage in T.J.maxx urbana at frederick Md. I bought a month ago, the luggage was cute but bad quality zippers opened in the trip and luggage had a big hole. My other luggage’s was perfectly fine because I bought in different store and they were an expensive brand. I went to manager at f the store on duty a white old woman and she act rude and racist. She scream in front other customers and told me when they ask for help find out by yourself. And felt so bad because I’m a customer that have two credit accounts with these stores and at the end she treated me like a homeless no like a customer. I try to reach T.J.maxx customer service and they just gave me an email and told me that submit pictures and receipt but they didn’t care either to resolve my issue. I spent 89.99 plus taxes for a bad quality luggage and they refuse to give me a store credit. And I felt treated so bad because of my race.
