we ordered a refrigerator from this home depot with delivery. Karla was super knowledgeable and the delivery was on time and flawless. we've never had such a great experience with a large purchase before. we love this home depot.

Went to rent a jack hammer, and out of the 50 employees there, no one, or no manager was capable of renting out tools. Was told I couldn't rent anything until the next day. Place is a joke.

3 calls and 1 visit to store and still can not get the refund due to me. Even received email saying item was canceled and refund would be coming. That was May 12 and this is June 26. Guess I will start shopping Lowe’s and see if customer service is any better.

I usually have a good experience at the store. I did not today. I came to get my propane tank exchanged for a full tank. Upon entering the store the people at the return desk told me to leave my tank outside by the tank storage. Instructed me to pay for swapping out of the tanks which I did. The cashier told me someone would meet me to swap out the tanks. Moments later the same cashier came over to tell me that they were out of stock. That I needed to go to the return desk to get a refund. Upon returning to the return desk the person informed me that they’ve been out of stock since yesterday. How are you able to sell a product that your computer inventory system should know that you’re out of stock of. Would’ve been nice if when I entered the door someone told me you were out of stock instead of me wasting a half an hour.

The MAJORITY of your employees attitudes suck and so does their customer service. Have to start giving my money to a different store considering this happens every time we go here.

I have been waiting for a worker to get a forklift and move something for me so I can get something else. Because they aren’t keeping stock on the shelf’s. So if your in a rush or work for a living don’t come here.
