I visited this location in Frederick this morning to get hay for a scarecrow. The staff was absolutely friendly helpful very exceptional employees went above and beyond. Especially Eric L who helped me get straw all the way outside in the back of the building. He was extremely friendly and a breath of fresh air.

The pet vet clinic van broke down so we weren’t able to have our puppy seen for her shots. Fricking ridiculous they should have more than one van ! And tractor supply should put it on their website announcing the cancellation! I’m pissed off!!

I got to store about a hr before closing and spent every minute I could going back and forth pricing best deals for pets treats and food. My cashier Jen was Awesome she was so patient and knowledgeable of pricing ,deals and all her recommendations proven fruitful! JimBo also Awesome considerate and professional !Thankyou

Love finding what I am looking for each time I visit Tractor Supply. Selection is Great and if per chance it is not on the shelf the staff will eagerly check the supply room and also how soon it can be ordered. Never disappointed! Happy to shop there for the great staff & prices.

My husband and I came to tsc to originally buy dog food & a new bed but my husband had cut his finger and needed a band aide. Eric was very kind & efficient cleaning up his cut and bandaging it. & Zach was very knowledgeable and sweet & helped us with deciding which brand of dog food to get our pitties. It was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely come back to tractor supply!

Customer service is amazing here! Everyone is so kind. We get our propane tanks filled here regularly and they are always quick and helpful.
