I checked their website for a battery I needed for our solar fence. Says they have it , call and verify they have it , get here , it’s the wrong one and they don’t have them in stock. Called another TSC store that has them , asked if the store I was in had it, yes they show they have 2 . After searching , no batteries found . Very disappointed at the amount of time wasted with these guys . Very disappointed

Although my in-person experience was very pleasant, I had a question and have been calling for an hour and a half and no answer, no answering machine or recording, the phone just rings and hangs up.

My favorite thing about Tractor Supply on Devilbiss Bridge Road in Frederick Maryland is that there is always someone there to help me find something or to answer questions! The employees are professional and genuinely kind! James was very patient and understanding with a purchase and return. The store is organized and clean which is always a plus!

Purchased improperly assembled go-kart late July 2023. Extremely unsafe, wobbly front left wheel after one hour of 8-year-old son's use. Tractor Supply Devilbiss Location wouldn't even consider taking a look at it since I purchased it 60 days ago and garage-stored for my son's birthday. Major disappointment. Recommend shopping at a different Tractor Supply (e.g. Mount Airy), where the managers jump at the opportunity to help long-standing customers.

Ordered an axle online, as I've done previously from TS, with it showing pickup today. After order went through, approximately 5 minutes later it was canceled.I called customer service for an explanation and was told it's out of stock. All that wasted time could have been avoided with a working updated website.
