I want to commend employee Rosa Valencia for her outstanding work. She does a wonderful job in the housekeeping unit, and always has a smile and a cheerful hello every day she comes to clean my apartment, plus other days, too. She really is a jewel.

Casey and Natalee, the Tranquility activity directors, have been a great addition to the staff. They have been warm and caring to the residents and offered them a wide variety of fun filled activities. Keep up the good work.
