“Had trimmer blades sharpened and they completed a really good job on them! The staff was very knowledgeable and very courteous! I removed the blades before hand! *Which is an undertaking (Professional grade Stihl hedge trimmers) They were very appreciative that I brought them in like that because they are much easier to sharpen and possible to do a more quick and thorough job! I'd recommend Rentals Unlimited to any and everyone! Just for the machinery available to rent! Amazing amout of products for rent! Great job Rentals Unlimited!”
“My car got rear ended and the other driver’s insurance company made the process just truly unbearably frustrating and hard. However, the nicest people at Grimm’s made the experience so much easier and even went so far as to call the insurance company for me and did their best to help me through the process of getting my car moved to a collision center. I so appreciate their kindness during a very frustrating and overwhelming time.”

“Great place to rent a vehicle if you're moving. Except after hours customer service, while they're very nice, is based in another country and is really of not much help. We had an issue and there wasn't anything anyone could do.
Other than that, I'd go back to Enterprise for both car and truck rentals.”
“I see some bad reviews on here, and I wonder if they are under new management or hired new people, because the experience that I had was excellent. The rep, Keith, was friendly and explained everything and did NOT push insurance or anything else on me. He was very straightforward, charming, and professional.
Based on this experience, I would highly recommend this business.”
“The location in Frederick, MD was fine but the issue that I've always had with Uhaul is that I show up and the vehicle never has a full tank of gas. Not only does that mean (if it's low) that I have to fill up right close to the pickup location (usually for a bad price), but I have to guess approximately where the gauge needs to be when I return it, and hope that it's close enough to whatever 1/8th of a tank that I don't get gouged by the company for $5/gallon. So I'm either underfilling and getting highway robbed or overfilling and giving Uhaul free fuel out of my own pocket.
Just make it a policy that the tanks be full on pickup and return; it's not that complicated.”

“Miguel took very good care of us and got us in and out very fast. He was very friendly and apologized when he didn't realize I was waiting (it was maybe 5 minutes). We were a little confused on why the door was locked but it was just because they only had one person and he was cleaning cars. Over all good service!”
“Please make sure you triple check the odometer when a moving truck is returned after hours. For some reason I was overcharged an extra 3000 miles which made my bill around $4000.00. This was clearly an error as there is no way I used that many miles. I only did one round trip to my house in Hagerstown from Frederick. Once I brought this to the attention to the manager she quickly refunded me the extra miles. So I was happy and relieved to see that I was only charged for the correct miles as I only used 69 miles. Overall I was pleased by the truck space, ease of use and we were able to get all my apartment stuff to fit in the truck. Yes I do recommend this location for any future moving needs. Thanks for fixing my issue.”

“What a wonderful experience. When I reserved the space online, I ended up calling the call center because the unit I needed was saying unavailable after it confirmed it online. The rep on the phone was able to bypass that and secure it for me completing all necessary steps. He then gave me the number for the actual local storage facility and Nicole who manages that space was even more helpful. I am so pleased with my experience thus far and I have just made my first payment.
The prices are fair and the unit size is a good size. Thank you, all!”
