I had an express keratin treatment scheduled on 16Aug2035, Saturday. I cleared up my schedule, got myself a babysitter and showed up to the store for my appointment at 10:45am. Turns out the stylist did not show up to the job. No one including the manager knew that the stylist did not show up and did not call in to notify. I sat there for good 20mins until the manager told me that the stylist did not show up and that no other stylist can help me. She told me I can wait for their employee to show up to have my hair done! I cannot trust people with my hair who cannot be serious for their job. Very disappointed my this level of unprofessional service. Not returning!

I had by far the best Ulta experience I’ve ever had at this location! Morgan was so sweet and helpful, she color matched me for a new concealer, found me an awesome new lip oil, and helped my wife find a fragrance! Olivia was also amazing and styled my hair beautifully and recommended some great hair products. Overall I had a wonderful experience, thanks ladies!

Paola here was very rude. There was a young lady in front of me waiting in line. Paola finished with the customer and the young lady walked up to Paola’s register. She was giggling with the associate next to her and said out loud “that’s why I usually say next but I didn’t.” She made it seem like there was an issue that the customer had walked up to her register without being called “next.” She also had an attitude with me. Very unprofessional.

Very rude employee. I was looking at perfumes when an employee with some orange in her hair essentially pushed me aside to grab perfume for another person from the case without even an excuse me. It wasn't even a quick thing, she lingered and still haven't acknowledged my presence. I left without buying anything due to that interaction. This experience shaped my opinion. Will not be returning due to the disrespect.

I come here all the time and the staff is always wonderful. The sweet girl with the braids on the register on Wed April 2nd around 6pm or so was so absolutely sweet. I was having a really not so great day and normally when I go out I do my makeup and at least get out of my sweats but we had a recent loss and our family and I just wanted to get what I needed and get in and out. She was very friendly and complimented me on my piercings and tattoos and we chatted for a minute and I told her that I'd be 40 this year. She had what seemed a genuine reaction of surprise and it just made my day. Thanks Girly. I really needed it that day 🩷🩷🩷
