The staff is Hit or MISS. The customers are often Rude to the Staff. The staff needs to be paid more, and the customers should not but in line or be rude to the staff or other customers. This requires staff training and leadership skills. When you invest in your people, your people invest in the customer. Half of the issues are staffing, the other half is the arrogant and entitled customers. I come prepared, and generally receive fair to good service. You need more people working there. UPS needs a better contract with Amazon.

You are NOT entitled to park in handicapped either. A Lack of Policing.

Upon visiting this UPS Store with a package for return, I was approached by an employee who requested a $2 fee to manually type the return for me . In contrast, at other stores, this service is typically provided without any additional charges. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere in the store was unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Lady that helped me out was ok. Not super friendly. She charged me for an Amazon return to seal the label. I have never been charged for this before. (I went with a similar return in box and label on Saturday and did not have to pay). I asked her why I was being charged. She could not give me a proper logical response to my question. I ended up paying since I made the effort to go there to drop my package off. I would like to add that the gentleman in front of me had a shoebox with return label no bag and was not charged by the male attendant. Same for the lady in front of him.

Each time I show up to the ups store I am continually reminded how great the service is from A-Z! This is coming from the spouse of a retired USPS postmasters wife! Thank you UPS!

I was there before 15 minutes closing time. The manager was rushing me as I was trying to find the codes. Next day I had more boxes the manager (he’s name is Mike) still rude. Not answering any questions politely. And the worst part of he had a female employee chewing gum. Not only she chew gum but keep popping. There was a one gentlemen theee be was the only one with professionalism. If you only want to rush your customers you may have to think twice working there. Being kind it’s not hard. And please teach your employee chewing and popping gum is not acceptable in the work environment. And you did understand what I was saying 25 minutes not 165 minutes.
You were rude.. your team weee rude accept the gentlemen. You running a store and the customer is important. I’m not going to leave just because you want to rush out of there. If that was the case you could have just simply say we can’t do it right now. You need to take a lesson how to treat a customer. Are you making fun of me because I had hard time finding the codes. You didn’t have any problem to helping another customer which she was having hard time finding her codes. Shame on you..

Sorry to say it was the worst experience I have ever had. They suggested the next day air option that took my important documents somewhere and still no updates. I don't know if it's the store or the UPS handling, but I didn't get my documents back.
On top of this, the representatives are very arrogant.
After my review, owner replied with the email address, sent an email, will update with the latest communication from the owner.

Just stopped by to get two packages taped up, print out a return label, and ship one of the packages. Other had to be returned via FedEx. The gentleman at the front counter during the 3 p.m. hour was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much!
