Updated to say: New Rep was the best and more than exceeded our expectations. Tara is an example of how customer care should be. I’m very happy with our new phones and service!Rep was not concerned about what we wanted as customers and told us what we needed to get-because he said it was free and nothing is better than free- we even had to ask him to please check in the back because we did NOT want regular 128gb 14 when we all have 256gb pro max’s? He said all they have in stock is ONE 14 plus for our 4 line deal. Absolute mistake - very Unhappy with the phones we were DOWN graded to- 13 pro max to a regular 14 is NOT an upgrade and my phone case doesn’t fit! even my son asked for the iPad 10pro and wanted to pay for the additional purchase and the rep decided he should get the 9th gen and told him to go to Walmart and get a Bluetooth keyboard? He didn’t even realize he was pushed to pay for this and doesn’t even want the entire deal anymore. Absolute worse service. I’ve never met someone so opinionated about what they think you should buy- just because I have 2 babies and want to SAVE doesn’t mean we’re poor- we came to shop, look at other option and were paying for something we don’t even want? SMH don’t go here.

This is the second time my husband and I came to this store and had an amazing experience. The first time we came Tera walked us through our whole bill and the services we were receiving and helped clear up some confusion we had after we bought a phone from another store. She was so patient and helpful as neither my hubs or I are super tech-y people. We left feeling so confident!Today we came back and it was Tera again! She was amazing and helped us choose the right devices we needed for our kids and set us up with the best available deal.Everyone at the store was super friendly and helpful!

Lies. Lies. Lies. That's what you'll get when you go in this store. They will tell you ANYTHING to get you to upgrade. Then you get your bills.....I'm paying $120 more than they quoted me. STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON! - And their customer service is 10X worse

Purchased an Apple Watch last week, got it home and it was the wrong watch. Brought it back and spoke with the same woman who sold me the watch who seemed immediately annoyed. She would not take ownership of the mistake and the Verizon manager was not willing to waive the restock fee and had the audacity to charge me additional funds. Do not go to this store! Customer service is horrible

These guys seem like they get paid to make the store look busy. They take hours with one customer. The wait is always insane. I literally saw one of the reps wipe a phone down for 10 minutes straight. Two Karens came in after me, and they were seen right away BY THE MANAGER because they were raising their voices even though there were people ahead of the queue. Long story short, if you have time to wait, then this is the place for you!!
