The staff is super friendly, but not knowledgeable. I walked in and spoke to 3 separate people at this location within a 3 week span who each gave a different rate for a new 5G service I was trying out, and did not help resolve the issue with my bill during my 2nd and 3rd visit when I realized something was wrong. Additionally, the third rep told me two forms had to be submitted to correct my bill, that he would follow up with me two days later and it should be resolved by that time, but then said if I don’t hear from him to text him and he’d follow up with me. I waited until the 4th day just to give some extra time before texting him asking for an update, and when I reached out, he never bothered to respond to me. I called the Verizon customer service line this morning and spoke to a very kind and knowledgeable representative who unfortunately had to share with me that I was given misinformation at the Verizon store— I was given the wrong monthly rate (ended up being higher than what they shared it would be), misinformation regarding the “perks”, and misinformation about which discounts were or were not applied to my account. Customer Care was very helpful, even though the outcome wasn’t at all what was initially shared with me during any of my 3 trips to the store.
Again, very friendly staff, but that only goes so far when they don’t provide accurate information. They definitely over-promise and under-deliver. If you have questions about billing or services, I would not recommend this location, and would instead recommend just calling Customer Care for support and resolution.

Daniel literally saved me!!! I was traveling to Frederick from out of state and broke my phone. He stayed late to get me a new phone since I was quite literally stranded without a phone or GPS. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and kindness. So glad there are still good people out there. Highly recommend

Our family had a great experience at this local store. The representative, Daniel, was amazing. He was very helpful. We felt bad for keeping him late to finish our account setup, but he maintained a great attitude and helped us as much as he could from beginning to end.

This is the BEST store to Come to in the State of Maryland Etcetera...
For approximately 3 years been coming here to buy a phone and get help with Service Etcetera.....

For the first time ever, I went to Verizon not to replace a broken phone, but rather to explore new plans and new phone options. The employee that helped me, Sydney, was amazing at identifying plans and promos Verizon was offering that I wasn’t taking advantage of. I walked out with a new phone and new plan with a lower bill than when I walked in.

Have been working with a rep named Joel for about 2 years now. We've had 2 separate issues (neither have been resolved yet). He's a likeable guy so I gave him another shot after the first time. After it happened again, now I know he's either incompetent at his job or he is intentionally lying to customers to sell them on things that aren't true.
It's resulted in $80/mo extra on our plan when both times it was communicated that there would be no additional cost. I've spent countless hours on the phone with customer service to resolve and I get directed back to the Verizon store that I have zero trust with.
I feel lied to and the primary issue is now I have phones and plans I can't get out of and it's costing me nearly $1,000 extra each year. I'll never use this location again and would highly recommend that no one work with the rep Joel. He'll snow you and sell you the moon, but it's not true as much as you want to believe it.

Logan helped me pick out a new phone a couple of years ago and I was just experiencing problems so I brought it back in and he helped me again figure out what was going on. He was the only one working at the time and handled four other customers while I was in there. We got my problem fixed very quickly!
