Our possessions were loaded on Feb 21 in Pennsylvania and three days later (according to the driver) arrived 15 miles from our new home in Saskatchewan on Feb 24. Today is MARCH 3rd and our possessions are STILL 15 miles from our house! We're tired of sleeping on the floor, eating off paper plates, and sitting on plastic pails. And your money is burning a hole in my pocket.

This moving company does not follow through. After receiving an estimate which includes shipping boxes, garment boxes, etc., the crew showed up with only medium sized boxes to pack. They did not show up on time because they stopped for breakfast first. Then they did not have a sufficient amount of time to pack everything. They stuffed our clothes into boxes and suitcases since they didn't have garment boxes. All of our things had to be recleaned. They rushed to the new apartment and quickly unloaded, but again did not have time to unpack. In their rush, we lost several items or items arrived broken. It has been over two months and their insurance company has not honored our claim for damages. Do not use them!

Had a great moving crew at both the pick up and drop off locations. Showed up on time, loaded and unloaded quickly, and had zero damage to walls or furniture. Very professional and an overall great experience!

Sterling VA Location...Pathetic performance...lost or damaged crystal, large TV, furniture parts, and several missing boxes. Filed a claim and received a check for $600. Appealed and they declined the appeal challenging us to sue them. Wouldn't trust them with my trash cans.

Great movers and central office. Kept in touch throughout process. All furniture treated well. Arrived in expected time frame. No complaints. Would use them again.
