Associate Jay was the only associate working and he was able to manage everyone in the office without any complaints. He is an asset because he managed through everyone and got all of us out of there in such a reasonable time. Jay is extremely knowledgeable and thorough that he ensured every step of the process went smoothly. We are so pleased with the experience that we will come back as long as he is working at Visionworks. My mother says he should be given a promotion with a raise for his exceptional work ethic and professionally personable.

I've been coming to visionworks in Frederick for the last couple years and am always so pleased with my experience. the doctor is so kind and makes sure I always leave with an accurate prescription, as well as checking in on other parts of my Healthcare. the glasses always come in great shape and adjustments are done well to keep my backups in good shape as well! fantastic staff and very kind too.

I keep coming back because the people who work here are amazing! Especially Jay - he takes his time with every patient to make sure everything is in order and they feel confident about their glasses. Grateful for him and the whole team!
