I went on line to schedule a vaccine. Scheduled the date/time, received confirmation of date/time, arrived on confirmed date/time and was told by the pharmacist that they could not give me the vaccine because there was no inventory. Topped it off by telling me she had called to tell me there was no vaccine. No record of her call on my cell so it's anyone's guess who she called. I asked how could your system confirm an appointment when there's no inventory and the explanation was the system was 'behind'. My guess is the human who's supposed to enter the transactions into the system isn't getting it done. So folks, skip the website and just call them or walk in and see if they can give you a vaccine because the online booking convenience is far from certain in terms of accuracy.

Today I make a purchase and the cashier treated me in a bad way, besides, I am buying and it is not fair that they take the coupons, they are supposed to be for the customer, not for the cashier to keep it.

Slowest pharmacy in the county I swear. They don't have the ability to multitask. Girl in the pharmacy with the colorful hair is rude/flippant.

Worst pharmacy ever! Yall need to shut down! Always delayed, always out of stock always something! Cashiers ignore the drive thru all the time! It's irritating!

First and last visit to any Walgreens. Scheduled an appointment for vaccination online. Went there. Staff ignored me. Finally got help but was told I didn't have an appointment. Instead of making an appointment for me since I was already there (and since I had already made one online), I was told I had to do it myself. I did on my phone and came back in. Still no appointment in the computer. I was told that they haven't had a problem with anyone else, making me feel that it's my fault. I showed the staff the screen on my phone, but she ignored it. Zero help or customer service. Though I have tried to do my best to be a responsible citizen during the pandemic and stay current with my vaccinations to protect others, I felt discouraged by this Walgreen. I even wasted time creating an account when I scheduled my first appointment, and then again by having to call customer service to have it deleted because they don't let you do it yourself online. A total waste of time and very discouraging experience. I will never deal with any Walgreens again.

If there has 0 star, I will give them 0. Because they would not help you with anything. When I checked out this afternoon, the saved coupon didn't show up, the cashier told me she can't do anything about this, and the manager can't help me either. Okay, that is fine, then when I use my walgreens rewards cash, for the second one, the cashier said it had been used somewhere. Come on, if I used it, why the cashier didn't take it away? So very very bad experience with this store.

The 2 young ladies were excellent but the African gentleman doesn't take the time to look up anything when you call. He was very rude

Do NOT go inside for prescriptions, they will see a dozen people at the drive-thru before helping you at the counter. Then to have the gall to say they will be right with you before going back to the drive thru.
