Employees always look over your shoulder at self checkout and think you’re stealing. I’ve been accused multiple times. Never enough checkout lanes open.

I've always liked this Walmart location and generally had good experiences with the staff, and I tend to prefer it to other stores as I have a disability and this Walmart has plenty of motorized carts available for customer use on those days when I need them.
So I was very upset and disappointed today when I arrived at the store and climbed into one of the motorized carts (there were four all charged up and ready for use), only to be immediately accosted by a staff member who demanded to know if I "really needed to use it." I am a young person and my disabilities are invisible, but I was carrying a walking cane for crying out loud!
I am aghast at the ignorance displayed by this employee. You cannot always tell whether someone is disabled by looking at them, and it should not be the employee's job to decide who is or isn't allowed to use the accommodations provided for customer use.
I certainly hope that this individual's actions do not reflect store or company policy, and I hope this location does better in the future.

The shopping carts here are TERRIBLE!
Half the time there aren't even any shopping carts at all!
Fix your old disgusting shopping carts or buy some new units! Your loyal customers deserve better!

Used the grocery order and have had mistakes happen which is understandable. Never have they given an entire grocery order away to another person then take weeks to get a refund because no one is helpful and keeps telling you to wait more time before just asking us to dispute it with the bank like how can a large corporation like Walmart be sooo incompetent and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time or money

If I have to check out my own groceries you will always get a 1 star. Self check is corporate welfare. Stop trying to pass jobs onto your customers. Workers deserve better!
