I cannot do Wegmans anymore.
Various brands come out with great products, then Wegmans comes out with a cheaper, competitive product marketed in a better space. It saves them extraordinary cost and drowns out innovation/choice. This even affects their produce. I will have to hand my money to food vendors who have our local interest at heart.

First time shopping here and I really wish the cashier would’ve told me they charge for paper bags. Customer service is rude. Also, their organic milk has a very short shelf life.

Customer service is rude and left me feeling uncomfortable. Bakery was empty as I walked up to pick up my cake, the lady pulled it out as I went to go pick out balloons. The older gentleman in the balloon section was hovering and insinuating that I was going to take the balloons and walk out without paying. Weird. Walk over to get my cake and another older gentleman literally pulled the cake out of my hands as I picked it up to see it. I was the only customer there. This wasn’t my first uncomfortable experience here, but it sure will be my last.

Enjoy shopping here. Better prices and selection compared to PA so it's worth the trip for most part. Very congested both inside and in parking. Terrible traffic which seems on par with every parking lot in that area. No flow. You'll be tired of people and driving afterwards.

Pro: Large selection, quality options, and a bit cheaper than Sprouts. The massive size of the store can be a downside for convenience, though, and night staff at the Self Checkout was a bit dodgy.

How can you not be happy in a Wegmans? They have everything you could ever ask for. Unfortunately some of their staff are a bit rude. I've had bad experiences with them.

20 bucks for a ham and cheese sub with a diet coke. I mean you are a grocer not a 47th street deli.
Couple months back I went thru the 15 item lane and the long grey haired crusty dude took my 12 cobs of corn out of the bag I had them in and said next time make sure its 15 items. I had to laugh as he counted each of my corn stalks as an item even though they had them priced by the dozen.

This review is for the pharmacy, the store is actually decent.
I will never use this pharmacy again. They got my prescription around 2:30 pm. They can see exactly what medication it is and that it was my first time getting that type of medication there. But, instead of informing me that they would need to speak to my doctor while it was still business hours, they wait until 45 minutes after they tell me my medication will be ready in 20 minutes to call me of this need to get more information from my doctor. I also didn't appreciate her tone when she asked me if I knew and had to deal with c2 prescriptions before. I get this medication every month and this is the first time I had to deal with this so forgive my surprise and irritation as you basically just told me because of your error I get to spend another night in pain. The patient is always the one who gets screwed over.

Lots of good stuff and hard to find things but super expensive. For example my favorite cheese from Costco is twice as much per pound at Wegmans.

Went woke... pronoun name tags and customer service is not the experience it used to be. It used to be about the customer, now it is about the money.

The women in customer service are rude. Don’t apologize if there is an issue, rather act like it’s your fault. I think their name is Michelle.
Wegmans is good for fresh fruit and vegetables. Bakery is also good but pricey. Ready made meals are way too expensive for what you get. Overall for groceries it’s okay - they have a lot of things other grocery stores don’t like the European section.

I love Wegmans, but the customer service here is not of the standard of any other Wegmans I’ve ever been to. Had an issue and contacted customer service and received a call from the manager in which he expressed he was “sorry I felt that way.” This standard of service here is not worth the prices.

It has some things we can't find in other local stores, mostly produce and specialty items for the Nutritarian Diet we are trying to follow. Kinda pricey but I only noticed that because I forgot to bring my Wegmans card.

Great stock of products, sadly very bad customer service, a lot of racist and rude people, they get upset if you request any information.
Very sad a great supermarket has very bad trained people.
