Weis Markets is a convenient grocery store close to home, perfect for a quick and easy stop. The aisles are wide, shelves are neat with everything within reach, and there is a large variety of food and goods. Employees are noted as extremely friendly, helpful, and very nice, whether at self-checkout or with a cashier. Some customers have been loyal shoppers for years and are never disappointed. However, prices are noted as a bit higher than some competitors. Shoppers must be mindful to check expiration dates, as items beyond expiration have been found on shelves and in refrigerated cases. Sometimes the store does not have a specific item. Due to a new city ordinance, plastic bags are banned. Customers must bring their own bags or purchase paper bags for 10 cents each, though on one occasion the store had no paper bags available, requiring the purchase of cloth bags. The store is generally appreciated for its convenience, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
Easy to get in get what you need and self check out! Also it’s not that much longer to wait for an actual cashier at a register. This is my go to place to get in and get out, also the Pharmacy is great!

This Weis location is close to my house, and I often stop by to grab a few things I need for home. The prices are a bit higher than Food Lion for most of the items I buy, but the convenience makes it worth it.
