E coupon posted did not match coupon on app. Store claimed $5 off ... App was $3. Hate being misled. Overpriced on most items.

I've been shopping here since birth and I have some great memories of going here with my friends and family. The selection of items is incredible for a smaller grocery store and always fresh. The staff at the pharmacy, deli, and fish counter are also very friendly and helpful. The checkout experience post-covid though is a genuine hindrance. I honestly do not know how many customers want to check out and bag an entire load of groceries, especially in a store that serves a community of busy families with young children or elderly adults living alone. I think its great that weis is still hiring local teenagers to work around the store, but now they just stand next to the 15 or so self-checkout machines and fix them when necessary. Weis's new hours are also less convenient, I remember when it was open 24 hours. I definitely will keep shopping here but the changes made over the past 4 years do not serve its loyal shoppers

I like going this Weis because it’s conveniently located close to my home! Great product! Although they could add more produce and fresh items!

Shocking deli. Two day old sandwiches, pizza slices advertised but not available and a rude deli lady who barely responded to me reluctantly told me I could get a plain cheese pizza but it would take 20 minutes.

Worst store ever. Employees just stand around watching customers scan. If they don't trust their customers, maybe they should actually work and scan themselves.

While the staff is friendly, I only get the opportunity to speak to an employee when the self service checkout line malfunctions. Today, like most grocery shopping days, there were no cashier operated check out line options. I spent 15 minutes checking myself out as I watch two young men waiting to fix mine/neighbor’s self check out line malfunctions. Sad that good customer service is no longer a high priority.

They only have one checkout person (sometimes). This place and those self checkout lanes are not conducive to full grocery shopping trips. I had like 100 items and I was having lots of trouble scanning because if you don't bag it within 2 seconds it's yelling at you and then malfunctions. If you don't want to hire people fix your machines! I literally threw everything back in my cart and went over and waited fir the one checkout guy. The self checkout clerk told me to come back and that I "had to finish at that register". I said ma'am, no I don't. I can leave my cart here and just walk out if I want to without buying anything!

We've been to Weis many of times. But this time is taken too far. I just came back from a dentist appointment, and I'm late for school. And the self checkout computer was as annoying as it can be. First, it kept saying "please place you're item in the bagging area." And then it goes on to say that help is on the way, acting like we are as slow as a slug. It said that like every 2 seconds. You need to either fix the computers, or turn the stupid volume down. Thank you.

Very poor in addressing customers' concerns. Almost always (my assessment:80%) the price promotions are not accurately incorporated into cashier registers. After numerous promotion/cash register mismatches and store staff failing to honor my claims, I literally had to take pictures of the promotions to prove my case. I pay keen attention because am retired on a fixed income, so I look for deals but often ending up with headaches at the cash register, with clerks reluctant to ascertain my claims, even on some occasions, I was offered to take it out of basket instead of them checking the posted pricing. This could potentially, result in hundreds if not thousands of dollars in customers overpaying through the mislabeled prices. I don't want to judge the intent behind these practices, just articulating the facts!!BE ALERT OF WHAT YOU ARE PAYING!!!!

Meats and produce are generally very good quality. Never enough cashiers and the ones they have are sloooooowwwww. Self-service scanners always have a problem. So you spend 20 minutes shopping and 20 minutes trying to pay and leave.

The Weis in Spring Ridge is our go to for groceries. The only thing we prefer to get elsewhere is fresh produce.

Love this Weis! The prices are great and no matter what I seem to be looking for, they have it!
