Best family owned pharmacy by far!! Actually, it's probably the best pharmacy in general! Atleast compared to the others I've been to. From day one they have taken me on as another customer when they were already close to there limit and they done it with open arms! They have always made me sp comfortable and there always there to answer any questions!

Other than the parking situation(as in, there is none except the metered street parking), this is hands down the best pharmacy in Frederick. Kind people who care about your health. They treat customers with respect and transparency. They work with patients to help them find solutions when familes find themselves unable to afford necessary medications. I care about this place and the folks who work there. It's a hometown business that I support because they've always returned that support, and then some. Get your prescriptions filled at Whitesells! you'll be glad you switched.

What kind of pharmacy doesn't take or return calls? I've called several times to see if my medicine is ready or if they even received it. I spend 15 plus mins on hold, hear your frist in line in the queue, then give up and leave a message for the pharmacist, never to hear back from anyone. What's the point of having a phone if you won't answer them?

The pharmacist and pharmacy techs at Whitesell are the greatest! They know me and my medications, and have it in stock every time with only one or two exceptions in the 5-6 years I’ve been a patient there. They are all friendly and kind and always very helpful. The pharmacy manager, Darcy, is the best and makes sure that I, along with her other patients, are well taken care of, and everything is done professionally and as expeditiously as possible. I have had some serious medical problems and some of my medications were not always easy to find. Since switching everything over to Whitesell, I am no longer a nervous wreck every month when I have to get my prescriptions filled. I am so glad to have discovered Whitesell!!!

After having to constantly SUFFER physically and mentally with CVS regularly being "Out of Stock" of certain meds that I take that should not be quit cold turkey, Whitesell has been an absolute blessing. They always have my meds. I WISH I had listened to my doctor and switched to them much sooner. I love Whitesell. They are fast super efficient and, unlike CVS pharmacy employees, are always polite and kind. The Local Rx app used to handle prescriptions is great as well. Makes things easier. I will never go back to CVS and am so thankful for Whitesell.

I work for a recovery center and almost daily I stop by to retrieve prescriptions for either my patients or myself and Everytime has been a great experience. They work with their customers the way businesses used to, by name and recognition. I highly recommend their services
