Coming off of the highway in bad winter conditions, we had no problem getting a room quick and effortlessly. Clean rooms and very friendly people.

A perfect place for solo travelers staying for a couple of nights. When I pulled up I was genuinely a bit scared! But the check in was quick and friendly and the room was very inviting. The beds are soft and everything is clean, if a bit worn (I certainly don't mind the rustic look!). I loved the location being just outside the bustling main street so it felt more peaceful, but it's still a short walk to all the action! I'll certainly be coming back here!

I wish the doors had a chain lock on the inside. We had a great stay though. The bar next door has a pool table. Lots of fun!

Very basic accomodations. There was urine in the toilet upon my arrival which explained the smell. Bathroom sink is in the room. No drinking glass anywhere in the room. Bathroom had a cement floor. Linens were clean, mattress okay. People from the bar were outside my room talking from 2:00-3:00 am.Walkability: Walking distance to downtown Frostburg.

Second time we've stayed here. The first time was OK, you get what you pay for. Second time I found dead fleas on the bathroom floor but by then all the live ones had jumped onto our dogs. The only reason people like this place is because it's connected to a bar. Not for families that like cleanliness.

DIRTY!!! VERY VERY DIRTY! I didn't expect much for the price, but I expected at least a clean toilet, one without dried urine all over it. And the old M&M's and other people's food to be cleaned up. And maybe the floor swept? Vacuumed? This room has not been cleaned in months. Don't believe the other reviews that mention clean. It was clearly satire that I missed. I couldn't stay it was so disgusting.

Can’t beat the price, and the man who checked us in was very nice. The doors lock with a normal key, and there was no deadbolt or chain lock on the door, which was a bit unsettling. That said, we didn’t feel unsafe in the location.
