Can never trust them to deliver my packages. Every deliver comes with an extra week of more delay. This location makes me never trust FedEx. I will avoid ordering anything that ships with FedEx just to avoid anything ever coming through this location.

Awful. They "lose" packages consistently. I have had no less than 3 packages "lost" by this location.

Waited all day for a package that needed to be signed for. Front door open with large note on screen door:FEDEX WE ARE HOME. IF NO ANSWER AT DOOR PLEASE GO INTO YARD. And my name & phone number. Got an email stating delivery attempt was made nobody home. No tag left and I was sitting literally next to the door when the supposed attempt was made. Customer service said sorry will be delivered tomorrow. I said not ok & asked for a manager. She actually asked me why! Got put to the escalation team who said the same thing & she would file a complaint. I called corporate and again got nowhere. This is a terrible company that simply does not care. Do not use FedEx to send anything that matters to you as it may or may not get there

Fed ex at sparrows point should be closed or investigated by the federal government! They just drive by your house with you sitting on the front porch and put in status as no one home !!! This happens frequently and Inwould suggest using UPS!!!!!!!! Plus you can not get a service representative on the phone because the electric answer don't have that option. Fed ex. You suck suck suck!!!!!!!!!!! Close your doors.

This morning the driver showed up at my house and my boyfriend greeted him with "good morning". Driver didn't even respond and dropped our boxes off which had metal cabinets in them. The cabinets are now damaged. Waiting to hear what FedEx had to say about this. I have pictured but not able to post them for the review.

Driver pulled up to my house, left after 2 mins, then left , now he's saying my package was not in the truck and FedEx can't find it, this is the 3rd package "lost" in less than 12 months smh

Plz tell me why wouldn't the delivery driver delivery my package all the way on my porch. This package was extremely heavy..I had to help my elderly mother bring it in, and bc it was raining the package was soaked so the box ripped..while lifting it, the parts fell out and injured my leg. Every major #Retailer and #consumers should use a different company for their shipping needs. #FedEx home delivery is a joke. No accountability, no solutions, just horrible customer service. Five days of sitting home waiting for a package that never arrives. When I call each day, it's just one lie after another. And I never received one callback about my case number. Their only solution is for me to drive 45 minutes to speak to someone in person about where my package is and why it wasn't delivered. Maybe I'll get lucky, and someone will actually tell the truth or, better yet... give me my package. I expect more from #FedEx, but maybe I'm asking too much. Retailers must be aware that #FedEx doesn't care about your customers or theirs.

I see I am not the only one that has had a package stolen by (presumably) their driver. Said the package was delivered, while I was home, no more than 15 feet from my front door the entire time. No knock, no package, no delivery. Maybe do a criminal background check before hiring some of the local scumbags.

The Fedex driver apparently stole my package (never delivered). Called FedEx and filed a dispute, it took them 2 days to investigate them they closed the case saying they found nothing. They have gps trackers, you can tell if the driver was in my area??? Nothing was done so now trying to get my money back from Adidas...that's another review. They are horrible.

This Sparrows Point FedEx need to be shut down. They steal packages. I've been waiting 2 days for my package and nothing. They don't hold the drivers responsible for anything. Bad Customer Service.

If your package gets sent here, good luck. You should probably call the shipper ahead of time and tell them it's lost. It will show "In Transit" "Delayed" for over a week at this facility.

This is the absolute worst FedEx hub I'm Baltimore.. some low life stole my package and FedEx has been lying about where my package is and now no one is calling me back or being helpful.. the whole company is in on it.
