Horizon Goodwill Retail Store offers great sales with a lot of quality goods to choose from. Many employees are wonderful, helpful, and nice, with one experience noted as 10/10. However, some operational issues are reported. The credit card machine sometimes does not work correctly for purchases over $50, which has caused customers to leave. There is also no restroom for customer use. The store's donation process receives mixed feedback; while the mission is to transform lives through work, some feel the best donated items are sold online rather than being available to the local community.

Stopped in today for first time and was very impressed how clean, neat, organized and this store was. Selection was very good and I could find items easily because of the organization and displays. The staff was courteous and welcoming to me. I will happily shop at this location again!

There is a Very nice lady at the front desk named Jessica she made my experience very good 👍

Took our donations to the back door. The staff came with carts while we unloaded. Very pleasant and helpful 5 stars.
