They are always understaffed and provide consistently poor service with long wait times. They will close the drive thru and not put up a sign. It is not the people there it is the CVS management.

I was waiting on the phone on hold for over 40 minutes without an answer. I’m leaving town tomorrow and need my prescription today. My prescription was sent in five days ago and still hasn’t been filled.

I TRANSFERRED MY PRESCRIPTION FROM HARRIS TEETER TO CVS BECAUSE THE DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW. I AM HANDICAPPED AND THE DRIVE-THROUGH MADE IT EASIER TO PICK UP. HOWEVER, FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS THE WINDOW HAS BEEN CLOSED BECAUSE LACK OF PERSONNEL. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS IS A PERMANENT SITUATION OTHERWISE I WILL TRANSFER THE PRESCRIPTIONS BACK TO HARRIS TEETER, AT LEAST HARRIS TEETER HAS ELECTRIC SCOOTERS WHICH MAKES IT EASIER.

No one answers the phone, long lines in store where you’re waiting forever, when you need to have a prescription transferred it gets lost. I’m not sure why they don’t turn things around.

The drive thru window wasn't available because the store was inderstaffed. The pick up line was long and when I got to the front the employee "helping" me was incredibly rude and unable to even understand how a hyphenated last name worked. Sylvain you truly have "incredible" customer service skills, keep it up pal.

After surgery for a detached retina my doctor placed an order for prescriptions on aMonday morning. At 3pm on Tuesday it's still not ready. There has been no improvement in service here. Management needs to take action!!!

Fairly friendly staff, but twice now they've told me they had medication in stock, only to find out by calling myself to follow up or coming in that my prescription was backordered. No one called to let me know, or told me when I dropped them off in the morning, when I specifically asked about stock.

Pharmacy is abysmal. Totally rude, indifferent. I got in line outside at 5:57pm on saturday and they shut the window in my face. I honked and the pharmacist said he would help me out but insisted I was late getting in line. I let it go, got my asthma inhaler (which I was waiting 2 days for with no notification it was filled!) After I paid he had the balls to bring it up again and I told him I would like to see the tape, can i come inside. After a few choice words on my part, I departed. NO service here at all. Bad treatment and adding insult to injury. You guys FAIL! I am transferring all my stuff to a different store. You guys suck rotten eggs!

Rude, indifferent, disorganized over-worked people behind the pharmacy counter. Used to be great but things turned poor about a year ago. They never answer the phone anymore and forget trying to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy -- they won't do it for you. They keep some bags of prescriptions on the floor, so unsanitary. The only worse pharmacy is the CVS in Laurel. So many negative stories but here's one -- my 80+ year old father was waiting in a long line for his medicine and when he got to the front, the pharmacy did not have all of his medications ready, despite having called him. They were very curt told him that he would have to wait another 30 minutes, that they would call his name, which they never did. He waited for 70 minutes and went back up to the counter to ask about his prescription, they were mean to him and told him he would have to wait again in the long line...when he got up to the front after another 20 min, they told him the drug he needed was out of stock and had no idea when another batch would come in....

Horrible drive through. Need to put someone who knows what they are doing at the drive through window to keep line moving faster. Can’t hear them on microphone asking multiple times the same questions and then disappearing from the window all for a simple COVID test. Don’t offer the service if you can’t put competent people responsible for doing it.

Drive thru is a joke. There are two lanes, but only one open. Apparently, it takes 25 minutes for each Covid test... at this point, put the Covid testing people in the other lane and leave the first lane open for medication pick ups. Every time I come here, I get stuck behind two people taking Covid tests. It's pretty late in the pandemic and it's shocking that people need so much help being talked through how to take a Covid test.

I am a fan of the Minute Clinics at CVS. I like the ability to schedule an appointment online for services. As well, I like that Minute Clinic has expanded their services over the year. I now only visit my primary physician a two-three times a year because of Minute Clinics service offerings. This visit was for travel medicine and ear wax blockage. The Nurse practitioner hooked me right with up with the Vaccinations I needed. She also able to clear both ears of wax. Yay, I can hear again. Worth the visit for minor and common health issues.
