Dropped my car off for 48 hours to have the tires aligned.
Battery tested fine a week before.
Went to pick up the car and the battery was dead.
They told me it would be at least a day to address the battery leaving me stranded.

I have been taking my car, and my wife's car, to the Firestone Complete Auto Care Shop in Maple Lawn (Maryland) for numerous years and have always received top service at a very reasonable price. This is the only auto shop I've used -- in my over 50 years of driving -- that takes the time, every time I visit, to determine how I can save money on my maintenance and repairs. On my last visit I thought I needed several items taken care of, but they told me I didn't need all of those done at this time. Moreover, they found a way to reduce the cost of my oil change. I've never had a problem with the maintenance or repairs they've made, and their costs are more than 50% less than what my Honda dealer charges. This is a car maintenance shop that you can trust to do a great job at a great price. I highly recommend it.

Always satisfied with Firestone’s service. Fair pricing and I’m always told when a service isn’t needed or can wait until next time. My
whole family uses Firestone now.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. New tires installed and wheel alignment was completed all within an hour. I was able to save over $300 with a price match.

This shop is top notch. I live in Maple Lawn and have taken my SUV there for tires and service. Their team is very professional and trustworthy which is important to me. They have told me about services that my SUV may need in the future but not services that is needed right away, which other shops have told me alignments are needed, extra things are needed which firestone confirmed I did not need. Great bunch of guys.

Ryan and the crew at Firestone in Fulton, MD always explain any service recommendations well and don't recommend things your vehicle doesn't need. I went to a Mitsubishi dealer recently and they recommended brake service. I was fairly certain I didnt need brake service and Ryan and team confirmed I did not. They saved me over $500 in one visit.

Where can I start....
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Here I am 2 cars down from dealing with this place.
They are only good for an oil change.
6mos ago I had a bad ignition coil which is 1 of 6. The front tech I spoke with gave a ridiculous recommendation for me to change all 6 coils and only one spark plug which equated over $1k in work. I wasn't quick to say yes, since I do kind of know cars. I called him back and recommended to him to just change the one coil and all the spark plugs since that service was due, which saved me about $600. He then indicated I could do that, too. I asked him well why didn’t you recommend that the first time....mental note.... He had no response.
Brought the same car in for a wheel hub replacement. The same car I brought in did not drive the same leaving. I was on the highway and this car pulled in all different directions but straight. Same with low speed and the steering felt loose. I have a G37x which is always tight steering. Called them up and asked if they did an alignment. Guy on the phone said yes and I asked him to send me the alignment readings and he couldn't find it and suggested I bring the car back in. He then claimed shortly afterwards he has the printout waiting for me and had me set an appointment and mentioned for me to drop my car off to diagnose the issue..... are you serious?!? The only diagnosis was my hub bearing replacement, and now I'm coming back for you to add more to it. Nope... the following morning, I showed up at 730am and had another mechanic speak to them over the phone. My other mechanic suggested they check to see if they didn't over torque something on the install and other items to look at when they recheck the car out. After checking the car, they mentioned they didn't find anything but gave me an odd stare after the test drive. I drove my car off, and my car was tight and driving like it was before. THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG AND FOUND THE FIX AND THEN SUGGESTED THEY DIDN'T FIND ANY ISSUES.
Prior to the previous apt, I dropped my newer vehicle off for a basic oil change with a courtesy inspection. No issue noted. 2 weeks later my car is overheating during the same time I'm having issues with my other car who had the hub bearing replaced.
I had my new car towed to Firestone for a diagnostic. "The reading came back and your car overheated. You have no coolant" mind you they just did an simple inspection 2 weeks ago and this didn't come up so I was livid they didn't catch this. They topped me off and said to keep an eye on it while charging me a diagnostic fee. No recommendations..... no reasons why it was leaking.... nothing but a fee charge.
3 weeks later same issue with that car. I had it towed to another shop and they showed me where the leaks are coming from by doing a simple pressure test. You would think Firestone would have done this but nope....I guess they decided I would be back for another fee.
Be careful what they recommend to you. Always ask for the inspection paperwork because you never really know what they inspected since they are going paperless and can't provide you anything at checkout....
Always expect to drop off your car. You will never wait for an appointment with them. If they clear a code, that's just it they will clear it and not determine the cause.
Sometimes, they don't test drive the car afterwards. I know this because the code still appeared when they "fixed" an issue. If you test drove it, you would have caught this.
I have a 2010 g37 with over 200k miles. You would think I know something about cars....but they tried me and realized I wasn't the one they can get over with. If you don't know about cars, stay away from this place. They will try to make a sale any chance they get instead of lo
