Looking for a fine wine? Ask for La Pata Negra. Tim offers only the best. The Ribera del Duero earns a 96 rating, and the price is surprisingly reasonable.
Prefer a beer? Try Two Hearted IPA—voted the best beer in America.
The service here earns only the highest marks. Tim, the owner, is knowledgeable and makes every purchase smooth and easy.

Best liquor store in Howard county friendly environment men work there help me with my beer out in car help you smiling all the time . Definitely like supporting this liquor store variety wines, and they carry beer out to my car . I buy coconut water from there every day . 100 stars! Tim very nice friendly with southern accent . Nothing like great smile when entering this liquor store.

Yo! I stopped in my favorite liqouor store to grab my weekend Scotch. Tim, the owner told me he had a new cannabis shot. Zuro1shot. I tried the Cherry Lime. It was FANTASTIC! Damn!

They didn't have much in stock; they had outrageous prices, and there was a very tall man there who smelled really bad. I wouldn't recommend this place; they belong in the circus.

We have been long time patrons of Fulton Wine and Spirits. Tim, aside from being a wealth of knowledge on his selection, is an experience in itself. He’s friendly, he’s entertaining, and genuinely wants to help you find something enjoyable for your event or night in. He’s going to take his time to help you find something to fit your price range or taste. If he doesn’t have it, he’ll order it for you. For his regulars, he’s willing to go above and beyond. One year for my birthday, he helped my husband pick various wines I would like for a surprise at-home wine tasting and paired it with cheeses. He’s genuinely the best and no one else compares. He’s a local institution and figure.
