Ameen helped me and my wife get our new iPhone 17 Pro Max phones, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. He walked us through everything we needed to know, answered all of our questions, and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for.
His professionalism and friendliness made the process simple and stress-free. We really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was from start to finish.

I’ve had such bad experiences with Verizon stores in the past that I was hesitant to visit one again. This store completely turned around my opinion. They are kind and caring and found a great deal for me. Much more than I was expecting. I will refer everyone to the store and will return in the future. Anytime I need an upgrade or change in my plan.

I had a wonderful experience upgrading my phones and adding a line for my son. The area manager helped me today (her name began with an “N” ) . She was very knowledgeable and she was very prompt, service was top tier!!!

This was my first time at this location. It was the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. The sales associate (Rabia) was great, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She helped us through our upgrade process. This is going to be our permanent store.
Thanks again Rabia! Go there and ask for her she cares!
