The one manager had officially pissed me off this morning. I came in to buy some beverages for work. I get to the register and the cashier asked me if I wanted to add an item for a dollar. I responded with no. Well the manager came over and insisted I buy the item and I had to shut it down. I'd I said no then why is it so hard to accept that. A few months ago she wanted me to take a box at 9am knowing full and well I just left the building. She definitely needs to be retrained on how to interact with customers with respect.

We went in to warm up and look around to buy something and an employee followed us and was practically breathing down our necks the entire time and at cheak out she asked condescendingly if my bf had put a snack he was looking at back. If I could give 0 stars I would she was very rude and accusatory when we did nothing wrong.

They're friendly you can find basic snacks coffee slushy it's very clean and the service was friendly and fast.

Saw a sign saying 2 for $10 7/11 Select Ice cream pint when i walked inside this 7/11. at checkout i paid and input my member 7 for points, when i saw the itemized prices i realized he hadn’t honored the sale. I asked him about it and he looked inside my bag before saying it’s only for certain flavors not just the brand. I saw the sign again and it did not say that, on the 7/11 app it also says the flavor i got WAS apart of the sale. very disappointed he didn’t honor it.

My boyfriend stopped and helped pull in a delivery since the employee was standing by the door watching the worker struggle. We didn't even get a thank you or acknowlememt when we walked in. The cashier looked us dead in the eyes and stared. I bought a pizza at another location they said i could reheat it any location. So i came to this one and asked them to reheat it. I had my receipt. I was accused of stealing the pizza and was told they couldn't reheat the pizza. A coworker over heard and yelled at us he couldnt reheat it. I was never given an explanation as to why. The pizza was was still in the packaging that clearly said 711. I would not shop here as a customer. The experience was a bit off putting.
