Dropped my son’s destroyed iPad off yesterday and today we picked up a perfect iPad!!! They even put a screen protector on for me. Such a great experience recommend 100%!!!

Incredibly poor customer service. Alan doesn’t know how to talk to people. To begin, not only do they charge much higher to their competitors, they pretend to offer a higher quality product when it’s the same exact thing and sell you snake oil. I will take your advice and drive another 20 minutes to give your competitors business. Stay away from this place

Based on my recent interactions with Absolute Repair, I cannot praise and recommend this place enough!! I recently was in need of getting my iPad Pro screen, iPhone battery + screen replaced. I originally bought the iPad Pro less half a year prior but cracked and damaged the screen. I brought it over to the Apple Store only to be told I can purchase a refurbished one for less than $600. I used one of the Yelp service locator system that allows receiving several quotes from multiple area vendors. I picked Alan's shop at Absolute Repair based on his promptness in response and accommodating nature. He gave me a very fair repair quote and was also willing to work with Amex so I could get reimbursement for repairs. When I had issues with the original repair, it was remedied right away. I was also touched by his willingness to arrive early that day to ensure the iPad screen was replaced so it works flawlessly again. When I returned to pick up my iPad, I went ahead and also got my iPhone 11 Pro Max repaired. He kept his promise that he would stop whatever task he is working on when I arrive so my phone battery can be also replaced. I was originally going to just have my battery replaced because my dogs were waiting in my car with the A/C on but door unlocked. When I had mentioned that to Alan, he let me bring in my pooches inside so I went ahead and got the screen replaced as well. Alan was also willing to carve out time to get both completed right there and then. How amazing! Before I left his shop again, Alan also placed a new screen protector on my phone so I don't get it dinged and scratched again! I paid total of less than $300 to get both my battery and screen replaced which is far better than having to replace the phone altogether.

We are a family who often cracks our laptop screens. Absolute repair has been a lifesaver for us. They have fixed three of our PCs so far over the years. They are good about giving upfront estimates before repairs start and are efficient about ordering parts.

I had a great experience with this repair. It was handled very promptly while I waited and the price was quite fair. I was pleased enough that I took my iPad that needed a similar service in the next day and had another good experience getting it repaired. I will have all of my future repairs for Apple devices done at this business.

Outstanding service repairing a completely dead iPhone that hadn't been backed up in a while, resulting in some lost family photos. Apple store was unable to repair the phone. I took it to Alan and he had the expertise to repair it. Alan was extremely kind and patient, understood the situation, and helped us recover our Christmas photos!

Amazing work, Alan knew what the issue was with my iphone screen (it wasn’t cracked, but lots of streaking and glitching colors), had the parts on hand, and fixed my phone within 20 min. Definitely will go back again if I have another issue.

At the risk of sounding cliche, if I could give Absolute Repair more than 5 stars, I would! This was my first time ever getting a phone repaired, so I wanted to make sure I went to an expert. Most of the businesses I contacted through Yelp charged a fee just to assess the phone, but Absolute Repair doesn't work that way. Alan quickly replied to my inquiry, said he'd take a look at it for FREE and only charge me if he ended up working on it. So, naturally, I took all eight iPhones to Alan with issues ranging from cracked screens to those not powering on due to water damage. First off, he was honest about which ones were worth fixing and which weren't. He was also candid about not being able to guarantee that those with water damage wouldn't have issues ever again, as water damage can be unpredictable. All in all, he replaced five screens. One of the screens malfunctioned a few days later and he promptly replaced it without hesitation. Alan is the real deal. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), never pressured me into getting anything fixed and his prices were more than fair. What more can you ask for? I will definitely be a returning customer!

I basically never write reviews and am very disheartened that I felt like my experience needed to be shared. I brought my Macbook pro to Absolute Repair and had a wonderful experience in person. Alan was extremely kind and patient. He worked diligently on my computer and fixed the issues I brought it in for. Never once did I feel any bit of anger or frustration. I was excited to have a fixed computer and to have found a new place to go if I ever had an issue again with my technology. As I was paying for the service, Alan kindly told me that if there are any issues with what he had fixed I could bring the computer back and he would take care of it free of charge. All in all things couldn't have gone better this far.Flash forward to today (6 days later), I go to use MS word, which Alan had helped me install in the service visit. Even though he installed it for me and fixed malware issues that were causing me trouble with installing it, MS word kept saying I needed to pay for a subscription even though I bought the full license and that shouldn't have been necessary. Remembering Alan's offer to help me if there were any issues, I called the store and talked to him.He first of all seemed to have no recollection of fixing my computer 6 days ago. I found that odd because I had been in the store with a toddler for over an hour and a toddler crawling around is pretty memorable. He claimed "I fix hundreds of computers a week". Ok. Fair enough. I was trying to jog his memory and remind him of the issues he helped me fix. I told him the problem I was having with MS word. He got very rude and passive aggressive and told me I was "blaming him" for my computer not working. He also asked why I was giving him all the background on the situation (only because he didn't seem to remember me at all). He asked in a very rude way why I didn't just bring the computer in. I stated that I was new to his business and didn't know if I needed to make an appointment or just come in.The energetic exchange left me feeling extremely angry and upset. Someone who had treated me in person with kindness and care and offered to help should there be any issues that he fixed but were still a problem was the most awful, rude, nasty person to me on the phone. I was not rude whatsoever. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but I will NEVER be back at his shop again to do business.Luckily I was able to figure out on my own how to fix the issue that I called about.I'm truly sorry for myself that I was treated that way by a service professional. My business will no longer be done at Absolute Repair and I will strongly tell all of my friends and family never to go there either.I totally understand someone being upset and triggered. I did not deserve to be spoken to in such a horrible way over the phone when I was just calling. I still feel angry that he spoke to me and treated me in the horrible way on the phone that he did.
