    Worst service ever. Give 3 days to rescind and 3 and half days later the cameras stop working. Terrible. You house will be less safe with ADT. Go somewhere else.

    Words cannot express how frustrated I am with ADT right now. I have been waiting for a tech since 12 noon, it's 6 pm, when we call they say someone is coming in 30 minutes. BS, noone showed up.
    They are disorganized and do not communicate with each other. I am about ready to cancel it and go with another company.

    Horrible customer service. We have since gone with a different home security system. Please learn from our mistakes and go with a different company!
