We have been using AR Auto for over 7 years. Ron and his team have been keeping my cars running well. Top notch communication about required maintenance and items that we can add the watch list of repairs. A good mechanic is like a dentist, once you have a good one you never want to go anywhere else.

Recently had the experience of taking my BMW to get some repairs. Highly recommend this shop, from the initiation until the end the staffing was super friendly and expertise. Walked me to the process and show me what the car really needed. I will be coming back for more services with my other vehicles.

One Saturday evening, my car overheated on the highway, leaving me completely stranded. I called Ronaldo, and he didn’t hesitate.He arranged a tow truck right away. But he didn’t stop there. He went above and beyond to help me secure a new engine and offered very reasonable pricing. Ronaldo’s dedication and professionalism truly stood out. ARautoPro is hands down the best mechanic in town!

I’ve been a customer for routine maintenance with AR Auto Pro for 2 years when I purchased a used VW Golf R in 2023. I’ve research and found about Ron and his shop, he specializes on Euro cars but also works with JDM and other car manufacturers. What I love about this shop is when I first went there, he answered all my questions, first impression lasts, and also when my car needed a warranty work and brought it there so he can check it, Ron educated/informed me that this needs to be done in the dealership and he knew that this was still under extended warranty given by the manufacturer because of this common problem and it’s still under the mileage, this gave me trust that he will never take advantage on a customer, he could have charge me then and there. He even brought my car to the dealership with no extra charge. That was EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. Now that I’ve moved on with the Golf R and got a new family SUV, I will still come here for the first break in oil and filter change because I need the car to last for years, nothing wrong to take advice from wise mechanics in the internet, after that I’ll just exhaust the manufacturer and dealer’s 2 year toyota care maintenance but will definitely let Ron and his team take care of our family car in the future.

I took my car in for a new tire install and balance. Everything was perfect and the job was done great. But I noticed a scratch on my rim a week later where a socket would go. Note that I’ve had this car for only 3 months, never took off my wheels. It’s been a week since the job was done. Just bummed that whoever performed the job could have informed me about it. And I’d be ok with it. The installer could’ve told and put some blemish paint.

I was referred there by a body shop to do calibration. The guy at the front desk (Tony) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went there twice and both times he lied that he had forgotten a part in a customer’s car and the second time he lied that it would take two hours for 5 minutes of programming. Then, he took my car inside and didn’t hook anything to program it. Just sat there for a couple of minutes and came back saying that it wasn’t programming. Extremely annoying experience. Not trustworthy at all. Both instances he lied. I don’t recommend this place for any type of work.

I have had cars serviced by Ronaldo, and team, for a decade. I am also a small business owner and value what he accomplishes and strives for. Four cars serviced by him — most recently a high-mileage Toyota SUV. He’s has also done excellent work on a Ford Expedition and Toyota two-door. He is always honest with estimate(s), has professional workmanship, and will offer a cup of coffee and a chat. Good people, good work, and happy to see ARAutoPro again!

I’ve used AR Auto a number of times to help me keep both of my multi-hundred thousand mile vehicles on the road.
They have also saved me thousands of $$$ on my Dodge Challenger.
Ronaldo has a broad breadth and depth of auto knowledge and the right way to fix a vehicle.
Having been through a number or repair shops over the past 40 years, I’m satisfied I’ve found an honest expert and am comfortable sharing that info with the World Wide Web.
