They advertise that they have something for everyone’s price range but when you get in there everything is super expensive at least from my point of view. Did not seem like there were many people in this store (weekday evening). They advertised clearance but I could barely find anything. I prefer to shop at home goods instead but they did have nice wall art. If you are looking for something specific or to have a lot of choices this is the store for you, but you do pay for it.

Visited (& made several purchases) at this location twice within the past week. I'll start with the highlights, Peter, Ryan & Chakra? (she's one of the managers who assisted me; however, this is NOT the correct spelling of her name, so my apologies) were all wonderful, knowledgeable, super friendly, & helpful; however, Sue, not so much. After asking for assistance, she informed me that she was in the process of assisting another customer, which was perfectly understandable; however, it was her actions afterward that I found to be most troubling. Shortly thereafter, when it became clear that she was no longer assisting other customers & after making eye contact with me on multiple occasions (at one point she even appeared to turn in the opposite direction once she saw me & realized she was headed back my way & saw that I was still browsing in the area we had initially spoken... very awkward! Afterward, I kept seeing her on several occasions (& she saw me as well), but at no time did she bother to ask if I still needed assistance with anything. Towards the end of my shopping experience, I saw her, yet again, assisting another customer on an aisle that I happened to also be on, and even though this was "another" opportunity for her to engage, she chose to ignore me. Ultimately, based on this experience, she left me with the impression that she gets to prioritize & assist customers as she sees fit. I typically make large purchases at this chain (I frequent the Frederick location as well) & will probably return to the Kentland store in the future; however, poor customer service should always be flagged, & never ignored.

Such a great place for decorating your home, especially seasonal stuff at reasonable prices. Come here for kitchen, bath, and whole house accessories. Convenient location in Kentlands right by Lowes.

The manager is so stupid! I bought over 500 stuff.Last time they told me if you sign up,you got 10%off.Today she told me you will get discount next time. I said I bought so much stuff,anyway I can pick up later.The cashier said she will asked the manager.The stupid manager is so rude.She didn’t even ask what’s going on.She just said we can’t hold anything .Worst customer service ever!

At Home is one of my favorite stores until now. They do have nice items however their sale are a lie. I purchased a throw blanket that had a 25% off, and the price sticker shows $18.99 with the 25% I paid $14.24. To my surprise, I removed the sticker and the actual price is $16.99, the total I should have paid shouldn't have been $14.24. Make sure you actually remove the sticker before paying to ensure that they are giving the correct discount.

I like to be fair but boy, the area Picture Frame is intolerable. a simple 8x12 frame will not be seen...I did spent a good hour no success. Stock employees work very hard, -prices still way too high....$150 for a chair, I can feed a family with that amount...

I like the stock. I like the price. Entire species have evolved and became extinct while I continue to wait in line. When taking the customer's money is rate limiting and indeed an irritant it surely indicates poor management or a failed business model or both. Currently 21 people in line for one register.

I just moved to the area and was looking for decor. I saw a pillow online and couldn’t find it til Herson came and helped me. We couldn’t find it and Herson didn’t give up, he went the extra mile and he found it! I am so so happy and will definitely come back to shop again. He is the best.

Soooo many things for the home. Love this place. Lots of items on Clearance as well. Seasonal Items are really nice.
