“I just started using this branch of Capital One Bank in the Darnestown / Quince Orchard area of Gaithersdurg, Maryland. After an initial meeting with Kathren Soussi - Tanani, the bank's Branch Manager, I decided to leave CitiBank and become a new member of Capital One. I was mainly looking for a higher level of service with less fees. Kathren saw me quickly, answered all of my questions and provided outstanding customer service that went above and beyond any service I've ever experienced in the banking industry. And ... My new checking account was absolutely FREE. Since enrolling with Kathren, I've always always recieved fast and thorough service within the branch and I LOVE the Capital One app which allows me to deposit checks using my smartphone camera. Kathren is very knowledgeable and seems to take great pride in giving customers a pleasant experience. She actually helped me load the app on my phone and gave me a demo after I signed up.
