Ronnie is great at his job.
I’ve been to the store twice in the past 3 months with a cracked phone (kids).
Ronnie has helped me both times. He was great at figuring out the best solution and felt like he was helping ME, not just trying to sell me a product.
Can’t recommend him or the store enough!

terrible service, terrible manager, nothing can be resolved, you arrive with doubts and leave with more doubts! The attendants are terrible, they don't pay attention to the situation, I just wasted my time!

I went to the AT&T store in a panic for an issue that I was having and I was immediately greeted by Benny who was able to resolve my problem in less than 10 minutes. He was very kind, professional, and helpful. I was so hugely grateful

They asked me if I wanted to try there inter for free for a month, while on trial like a week after I got the box they charged me $60. When I call to cancel the trial they told me they were going to refund me the money, well they didn’t now after a month that I return the equipment they charging me $216 for some that has already been returned. Not that I called customer service they don’t want to cancel the charge because they said they never got the equipment. I’m never going to do business with them again

TA&T is the worst company we’ve dealt with. One of our family plans, with 5 lines, has been disconnected due to their poor management. Despite calling over 10 times and visiting their store, no one has been able to help us. Please be careful when choosing this weak network provider—terrible customer service and unreliable service.

I highly recommend THIS store and its employees. They listen to what my needs were and took care of me, they took me step by step on what they were doing. They are experienced, professional and made me feel they cared about me. I never felt pressured, in fact they showed me and improved my outdated plan without additional charge.
As a senior and not being very savvy on new technology, I can’t thank them enough!!!

All went okay except for the most important reason for my visit. My phone will not connect to the network due to the latest software update. Store associate tried everything which in fact I do appreciate, but I still left the store with same problem. "Phone not working". I was advised that I would have to pay the phone off and upgrade to a new device. "Unacceptable" when there was no neglect on my behalf. I'm just frustrated that the customer satisfaction was overlooked and the employee decided to stick to their company script. I called customer service same old talk. See ya AT&T. Hello Verizon!!!
