My Battery was flashing so I was told that they will inspect the battery, alternator and the electrical and the verdict was that i needed a new battery, the service was done quick

Without hesitation, the best value for money and knowledgeable mechanics and front office in the whole of northwest DMV.
I have been there for my 2 cars, from tires to powertrain, via brakes and various electronics. And our cars have driven miles to Montana, Florida and Canada without any issue.
Always a courteous, professional, humble and incredibly quick customer service. Grateful.

On point, these mechanics know what they are doing. Additionally, the prices for service is reasonable. Bay Area goes the extra mile to ensure that you get home and back while your vehicle is being serviced.

This place is on the list of places CarMax recommends you to take your vehicle and I am so happy for it! The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. They were flexible and extremely understanding. Adam Rutledge at Bay Area Tire is extremely professional, competent and friendly as well as all the mechanics in the garage. They have replaced tires, a front end alignment, and oil changes. On my last oil change visit, they noticed a nail in one of my tires while doing a rotation. My tire was fixed and definitely saved me from a future flat tire or even worse, an accident. I feel very confident that I’m receiving top-notch service at Bay Area Tire.

I have shared my opinion on many occasions and yet again, I want to take a moment to reiterate that total satisfaction with the quality of work by these professionals would certainly be an understatement. The timeliness and efficiency of their work remains goal oriented and constant. Additionally, the courtesy, skill and reliability of their congenial front office team of Adam & Rick almost makes spending money to maintain my four wheel investment an afterthought. I simply have confidence that this organization has an affinity to perform at their best. When I think further, trust and respect quickly come to mind.

I brought my car for a tire issue today. I thought there was a nail in my tire since pumping air didn’t help with dashboard warning. The owner accepted me even though they are fully booked up. He said there was no nail and they just pumped air to fix the pressure. I wouldn’t understand if he told me that they removed a nail. I was not charged for this visit. I appreciate their honesty and time. I recommend this place to everyone. They are fully booked while other tire stores are closed on Saturday.
