Lady at electronics (TVs), is chatty and has zero awareness for customer service. She was helping a customer but did not say a word that she would help myself or another customer or at the least attempt to grab another salesperson to assist. Cool thing is Home Depot right next door has the item I need. Honestly just use Best Buy as a last resort.

I went in to get a screen protector replacement, because there is a lifetime warranty. This means unlimited replacements at no charge. The guy tells me to take my screen protector off and goes to get one and then hand it to me. Best Buy has always applied the screen protector for my device but this time no. I already have my screen protector off so my phone isn’t properly protected and the guy says there’s a $7 charge to apply it. I’ve never paid for the application before, so I wasn’t going to today. I handed the protector back to him and said I’ll go to a different Best Buy. You should really let a customer know about a fee before removing your screen protector because now I’m left with the old one that i had to just throw back on with cracks and bubbles because it’s the best I’ve got temporarily.

Best Buy has gone waaay down hill. I purchased a tv and paid extra for geek squad to come and install it. Sure enough, geek squad did not come and install it, but instead they sent two inept local contractors who had no idea what they were doing; bumping the tv against the wall and not knowing where in the wall to mount (spoiler alert: the wall). After installing the TV incorrectly (way too high) I called Best Buy and was able to get them to have someone come and reinstall, but urged them to not send the same people who ruined the job the first time. The associate over the phone promised me it would not be the same people. Guess what? The same people came back to reinstall the new tv and stole the screws and stand that come with the TV. I have never been so unhappy and stressed in my life. What was supposed to be an exciting experience turned into a nightmare. I do not recommend.

The only saving grace was the 1 helpful gentleman working the front register on New Years Day. Other than that, everyone called out and nobody could help me with buying a TV. One employee even said to me “everyone called out” as if that was a valid excuse to tell a customer as to why they weren’t receiving any customer service. LOL

Service, when you can find a human, is relatively good. That is the main issue. Selection is generally excellent.

Ask multiple employees for help still wait 35 minutes for someone to finally come over after asking someone to be sent over. People do not seem trained on any of the products at all and just overall don't care. If you need any help whatsoever regarding electronics you might as well google it yourself. Bestbuy has been going down in quality over the years I won't be back again. I can find superior help and pricing at Microcenter.

Customer service staff is horrible. Worst experience I have ever had. I suggest ANY Best Buy other than this one

Not such a great visit. I used to be a very loyal customer, a few years ago things started slipping and I veered to other electronic stores to make purchases. Today I walked in went looking for a tablet, I couldn't find what I was looking for and went to go find someone to help. After the fifth person told me it wasn't their section and would page someone, I was still aimlessly looking. All of this took about 15 min and still no help. I went over to the greeter and she was very kind but told me she couldn't help and if I wanted to buy something, go-to customer service. After waiting for 5 mins for someone to come out, they looked up what I wanted and said, "we only have a few left, I'm looking at other stores to see if they have more. I don't want to go hunt for this and waste time." After a min or so, he told me the best thing to do was, order it online. I'm giving this review more time and energy than the store gave me. I'm going to order online but not from Best Buy. I'm afraid my best buy purchasing days are behind me now.
