Best Friends Pet Hotel

Hours: Best Friends Pet Hotel is highly regarded for providing excellent care for dogs and cats through boarding, grooming, doggy day camp, and training services. As an employee-owned business, all locations are operated by Best Friends Pet Care, ensuring consistent quality across the board. The facility offers fully customizable boarding stays for dogs, cats, and other pets, with options for individual or group play. Their Doggy Day Camp, called Canine Crew, is available through a monthly membership and is staffed 100% of the time with Certified Camp Counselors. Each dog is interviewed before joining the camp to ensure proper placement, and dogs enjoy interaction with other pets while waiting for grooming appointments. The grooming services receive high praise from pet owners. Many mention their satisfaction with specific groomers, such as Laurie and Anja, who are described as kind, considerate, and highly skilled. Anja, in particular, is praised for her artistry, attention to detail, and her ability to make pets feel comfortable. Owners appreciate her holistic approach, combining technical skill with kindness and empathy, ensuring that pets are happy and relaxed during grooming. There is also recognition of the staff’s friendly and professional demeanor, with staff members returning pet belongings safely and providing a welcoming environment. Overall, Best Friends Pet Hotel is celebrated for its caring staff, personalized services, and a variety of options that cater to both pets and their owners, making it a trusted choice for pet care needs.
