Came here three days in a row for the rude lady to not open the door. Just shakes her head when she sees customers and doesn't open the door. Just shop online people!

Extremely rude woman working at the RIO location. Looking at other reviews stating the same, and wondering how Bluemercury has not taken action. Definitely lost a customer for life here.

I have tried to go to the store on 2 different Sunday's and they are closed. I went at 11am and at 1145am, both time closed. It keeps saying it’s opened but when you go it isn’t and no signs.
