I have tried to go to the store on 2 different Sunday's and they are closed. I went at 11am and at 1145am, both time closed. It keeps saying it’s opened but when you go it isn’t and no signs.

Rude Staff and the manager itself Mary! She said she can’t put an item in a blue box even it’s a gift and said the blue box is expensive and I got the large nest diffuser. How she became a manager!

rude staff. I came in and no one acknowledged me. I knew what I was going to get, so I didn’t need help. I waited for about 5 min. The rep, Susie, didn’t even say, “I’ll be there in a little.” Nothing. Someone else came in & she acknowledged him. I was like does she not know I’m here? So she rang me up still not saying anything!! Not “hi how are you” or “thanks for the wait.” She didn’t even tell me my total, she just moved the iPad my way. It was like personal with her or something. So rude for no reason whatsoever. I really needed the product then and there so I couldn’t just walk out. Definitely taking my business elsewhere, and my families since we patronize this location often. Sephora in downtown crown would NEVER.

Mary and her coworker were more than helpful while I shopped around the store. This was my second time at this location and each time was equally satisfying. I went in to pick up my La Mer product and was helped by Mary who gave wonderful suggestions for other products to try. If you need a place to go with pleasant, knowledgeable, and overall great employees this is the place for you!!

The reviews regarding subpar customer service are absolutely correct. I walked in the store and stood at the counter to make a return. The woman behind the counter was on the phone arguing with someone about a return and never looked up at me for more than 5 min. I then tried to return the product that I purchased the day before because it just didn't work with my skin. She pushed and pushed for me to buy another product. I wanted to find something new but I didn't want to purchase a large size because I know if I didn't like it and wanted to return it the store can't sell it again. I don't like being wasteful. I said I would try to find a sample size online of her recommendation and she was visibly annoyed it wasn't purchasing something. The hesitation and constant objection to me making a return was uncomfortable. They were pressuring me to buy another $300 product which I would've been fine with but they clearly have an issue with you returning things if you don't like it even though they advertise a full refund policy within 60 days. If they had a problem with me returning, why not give me a sample so I can try it first and avoid a return? Probably because they are all about making sales... Finally after my return was processed I was offered a sample of the recommended product. Even after I was told that they had no samples of this product....very strange. If you are going to verbally boast about your great return policy and use that as a selling point to customers than don't make such a big deal when something doesn't work out for someone and they want to make a return! Terrible customer service. Will not return to this location.

Incredibly horrible service. We felt discriminated by the two white older women that were working. They immediately treated us like we were about to steal something. Watching us every move, being verbally rude and condescending. Don’t waste your time going to this place.

Incredibly rude staff and absurdly overpriced merchandise, which can be found much more cheaply at Sephora down the street at Downtown Crown. I wouldn’t normally post a negative review in such hard times, but this place is a racket. Run!

I purchased items from online and they arrived damaged. I sent photos to the online customer service and spoke with them by phone and they instructed us to return the items to our local store for immediate refund processing or exchange. The items are Not in terrible condition, but not in giftable condition. Would have also been happy to exchange except the inaccuracies and discrimination from Manager Mary and associate Tracey is utterly unacceptable. I called online and they said any items could be returned to the store within 60 days. It's been less than 14 days and we returned the items, unused, to the store but the manager refused to process the return, stating first that it was "too much" and then later that the "website was wrong." So I contacted Pike and Rose and Wildwood store managers who confirmed that online purchases may absolutely be returned to the store. So after taking careful inventory for 50 minutes for each item, confirming the correct item and date of purchase, the manager Mary still refuses to process the return. Their own online customer service department is open until 9pm EST but won't return a store's phone call? Technically per their policies, I could have used the product for 59 days and still returned the product. However, I am returning unused product almost immediately after receipt, and they still refuse to process a refund. I definitely recommend going to Nordstrom for the same exact product and actual, professional beauty consultants and associates who are able to honor their own company policies. This store is discriminatory and ignorant and I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs and Office of Civil Rights.

Extremely poor customer service. Their website claims that they honor returns for online products in the store. The manager at the Pike and Rose location confirmed this but the staff at this location protested our need to return online orders. They say they can only take online returns by calling the online department who continuously hang up on the store.

Blue Mercury is a great place to be. The one at the Rio is small but it is packed with everything you need for your makeup and skincare needs. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to products you need. They literally had all the NARS makeup i needed for an event and they personally helped me find a concealer plus a powder for my dark circles that actually worked! This is my go-to for makeup before I search for it anywhere else. Keep up the amazing work you guys!
