Terrible service there, a woman attends to me, I think she doesn't know anything about that job. I wanted to buy a phone, I waited 1 hour and she didn't help me. I don't recommend looking for a hotra store.

Do not purchase a phone from here they are shady. Bought a phone from here and believed it was used. The screen would turn black, it would freeze up and I would constantly have to restart my phone. It lags like crazy. When I brought it in she said I could not return it to them but on the receipt it says I can exchange up to 7 days as long as the phone is in new condition. When i showed her the receipt she claimed that because it is messed up she can't exchange it BUT i bought it from her 3 days ago the phone is new it was messed up when I bought it. I was only trying to exchange it for the same phone. This is the worse boost mobile store and terrible customer service.

How can I explain this. In shorts term she literally calls us “dumb.” Never in my life someone has treated me like she did. We came to the store to change our boost mobile plan that the store messed up in the first place. But instead we were welcome with an anger person who is not professional. She started to yell at us. Did not let us speak and treated us as we were dumb. I don’t know how people like her can work in customer service. We reported to Boost Mobile. There are cameras there that can show you how she treated us. I hope the manager does something about it.
