Horrible. The representative I spoke to was horrible so unhelpful and rude I canāt believe it. How can you be there to help but you do the complete opposite. Her name tag said KATHERINE, she was an older woman. Miss Katherine was very condescending, disrespectful, unprofessional, unhelpful, and just outright rude. In no way did she help and she would just make faces at me and shrug like trying to tell me āwhat do you want me to do toā. I canāt imagine how frustrating it can be for so many customers to go and have to meet with her.
We witnessed her with another customer before us and we saw the women storm out on miss Kathrine extremely mad and now I understand why. I hope she finds some happiness and a new job bcs she is no help at all to anyone at the branch. I stayed polite and cordial but she just could not reciprocate any kindness at all. Now I know not to return to this branch ever again. Please if you go donāt put yourself through the misery and choose someone else to speak with. Capital one needs to offer some training or something because people like her should not be employed with them especially when the matters that are talked about are very sensitive and important. It seems everyone she meets with is unsatisfied with her so itās obvious she is the problemā¦even if she was having a bad day or life itās is not the customers fault and she should not be rude to anyone but herself.

If i could give zero starts I would. Horrible experience with this branch. Today I went in because I wanted to deposit a check but I didnāt have my card with me since I lost it so I decided to go inside so I could deposit and the lady that helped me said that I couldnāt deposit because I donāt have my card and that she was not going to help me and tell me the reason why I canāt deposit my money in my bank account. She was so rude and unprofessional.

Wondering this branch still exist. I even used gps to drive there, it took me go around around..., and finally I gave up. It never do updated regularly. Not good business

What are the lobby leaders there for...to help? Or to make people not want to open an account there! If I could give 0 stars I would. I dont know why they have people working there if they dont help with anything.

This bank will steal your money a bunch of thieves zero rating 0 The bank in Germantown stole money for me or the teller and the manager did nothing about it. No investigation or nothing they open my case and close it right away bunch of thieves.
